The Minnesota Department of Human Rights (MDHR) has outlined next steps for the city of Minneapolis in order for a consent decree to be submitted to the court system for approval in September. Wednesday, MDHR Commissioner Rebecca Lucero sent a letter identifying those steps to Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey. The letter follows findings from a nearly two-year MDHR investigation into the Minneapolis Police Department (MPD), which revealed “probable cause” that the city and MPD have a pattern or practice of race discrimination.

The transformation of Minneapolis into Mogadishu West will be complete with this consent decree. The hands of the police will be tied or they will be too fearful of breaking their restrictive rules. Stop a minority, violation! Arrest a minority, violation! Accuse a minority, violation! Don't arrest, accuse ,or stop the criminal and a minority gets injured or killed, violation! The criminals will be free to run the streets and wreak havoc and the police (those that do not quit) will be left in a no win situation.

So what? The blacks in Minneapolis are going to be majority militant thugs who hate the police whether they are racist or not. It's what they do. When a race continuously hates you for no reason you tend to dislike them as well. Their relatives and friends destroyed Somalia, what made Americans think they would be model citizens here?

Minnesota could become a destination for abortion services for women from other states if the U.S. Supreme Court throws out the landmark Roe v. Wade decision, and the state's abortion providers said Tuesday that they're preparing for the anticipated surge. That's because abortion would remain legal, at least for now, under a 1995 Minnesota Supreme Court ruling known as Doe v. Gomez, which effectively established a right to abortion under the state constitution, said Laura Hermer, a professor at the Mitchell Hamline School of Law.
