It is not that Hunter is a drug addict, making the family look bad. It is that Hunter is a bag man for a crime family, deflecting his actions by pointing to his addictions. We have never had a presidential crime family, using the power of po9litical office to sell influence. Never. FDR had wayward sons, Carter had Billy, and the Clintons were low level grifters, who monetized the former presidency, and continue to do so. But Dementia Jo, from his first days as a U.S. Senator, has been a grifter, along with all of his family. The only family member who might not have been a grifter was Beau, and we can't even be certain of that.

PORTLAND, Ore. — Portland received its first measurable April snowfall in recorded history on Monday as a spring storm brought rare late-season snow elsewhere and large amounts in the Cascades. One inch of snow fell at Portland International Airport, setting a record with the only measurable amount of snow there since official record-keeping for snowfall began there in 1940, the National Weather Service said. Schools across the region were closed and some areas about an hour west of Portland received up to several inches of snow. Portland General Electric reported more than 55,000 customers were without power in a six-county region

Russia has warned Finland and Sweden against joining Nato, arguing the move would not bring stability to Europe. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters that "the alliance remains a tool geared towards confrontation". It comes as US defence officials said Moscow's invasion of Ukraine has been a "massive strategic blunder" which is likely to bring Nato enlargement. US officials expect the Nordic neighbours to bid for membership of the alliance, potentially as early as June. Washington is believed to support the move which would see the Western alliance grow to 32 members. US State Department officials said last week that

On Wednesday, UBS warned investors that the March inflation read, set to come out on April 12, will likely be pretty ugly. That’s saying something considering the Consumer Price Index (CPI) already hit a four-decade high in February. The investment bank’s economists, led by Alan Detmeister, predict the annual rate of inflation, as measured by the CPI, will move to 8.5% in March. If they’re right, that would be the highest reading since December 1981, according to Federal Reserve data. While predictions of rising inflation aren’t uncommon these days, it may make sense to pay attention to UBS’s newly released
