Biden is as dangerous for the US military as he is for the American public.** In 2021 Joe Biden abandoned US bases in Afghanistan and armed the Taliban with $80 billion in US military equipment.** 13 US military men and women were slaughtered by an Islamic terrorist Joe Biden let out of the prison at Bagram Air Base. (Snip) ** Last year, in 2021, the US military targeted Republican naval officers with phony investigations to get them kicked out of the US military. ** Democrat lawmakers used the anti-American hate group SPLC and “cancel culture” to attack members of the US military.

During my USAF service, 1956-1964, homosexuals were tolerated if they were discreet. But if they were caught in the act, they were discharged. I would describe it as an uneasy truce. The exception was WAFS - Women's Air Force. The Air Force seemed to be obsessed with smoking out and discharging lesbians, with undercover (no pun intended) investigators. (I had a secretary who had been a WAF, and she told some really funny stories about those lesbian investigators. Inspector Clouseau, each and every one of them.) I don't have the words to describe the modern military. The barracks must be like a gay night club. I find it difficult to understand how proper military order can be maintained, what with these various sexual deviants allowed in - no, encouraged to join up.

The recruitment commercials on TV meant to inspire young people to enlist in the military are full on woke now. I saw one the other day with a weak kneed young person, hard to tell man or woman, speaking about how wonderful it was being in the Army and it turned my stomach. The only people who would be encouraged by this are fellow weirdos and twisted sisters.

Imagine joining the modern US military, and expecting to be trained to be a "lean mean fighting machine" -- hard core fighting methods, how to use the best new weapons, etc, etc. Instead, you spend all your time training on how to be "woke" and not offend all the mentally ill freaks they go out of their way to recruit these days -- the same weak and mentally ill freaks that are going to get you killed if you ever have to actually go into combat with them. I know 5 young men (2 Army, 2 Marines, 1Navy, and 1 Air Force) who all joined out of high school expecting to make careers of it. The freakshow of homosexuals, weak whiney women demanding special treatment, and worse, just made all of them leave after one tour!!! The nephew entered the Corps. One left last August, disappointed in the self-serving senior enlisted he ran into who seemed uninterested in developing the younger troops, or in the values of the Corps. The other enlisted a year later, and will be getting out as soon as his enlistment is up, I think in November. Both advanced well, made sergeant but couldn't/can't take what the Corps has turned into. Both are outstanding young men with high standards and felt that the current Corps didn't live up to the promises, not even close.

I am proud that two of my nephews have joined (one in the USAF Reserve, turning wrenches on the KC-10 and KC-46 air refuelers, the other is a US Navy Machinist's Mate). It is not as bad as these continuous headlines would have you believe. Granted, there are the endless CBTs on all the standard training in addition to the Tolerance/Acceptance training, but per their reports, everyone is mission-oriented and mission-focused. I would recommend a tour, and even a career, for anyone in any branch of the military. As we all know, the training and responsibility given to people at a very young age will stand them in good stead throughout their lives, or whatever they choose to do. Through out history navies throughout the world have been plagued with homosexuals enlisting in order to be on a ship full of men. The centuries long reputation of navies was that they were full of homosexuals. So most navies banned homosexuals and were harsh on that kind of behavior. As did the rest of the military organizations. But now with political correctness for the last 20 or more years the western militaries have been opened to homosexuals and the problems of homosexual harassments and rapes have increased substantially. I have a relative who bailed out on a planned career after less than a year because of the constant push to have homosexual relations. The commanders were of no help and constantly looked the other way.

As a Veteran who spent the entire year of 1968, that was not a quiet time on the ground in Vietnam. I have to say that before thinking of joining the US military these days, that young people should read up on Biden’s political history, and especially his foreign policy recommendations that will show them that Biden has been a big time surrender monkey or has advocated effectively surrendering for decades anytime the US military has been engaged in past foreign military operations. What occurred during the US retreat and final bug out from Afghanistan was just the latest Biden advocated or ordered retreat that turned into a surrender fiasco. My take on Biden, because of his many decades long DC very partisan political history, and current mental and physical state, is that Biden in a qualm, or to gain partisan political advantage in accordance with socialist Democrat politics, could set up US Forces to where it would be impossible for them to win, or even could effectively order a surrender to foreign countries when US forces are on foreign battlefields. So in essence I would not recommend to my children or grandchildren that they join the US military as long as Biden is in office. Beyond that it has become clear that the current “woke” General Officers, who would follow Biden’s orders are not to be trusted in a clinch. The only exception to that recommendation not to join the US military is if the USA were to be physically invaded by a foreign military force.

I have a different take. In times of political turmoil and weak leadership at the top, we need strong, good men at the lower and mid-ranks. They are the ones who will resist orders to turn on their fellow citizens. They will also maintain the structure until a strong leader emerges who can clear out the weakness at the top and promote the stronger, younger men to replace them.

Deadly mini darts designed to shred human flesh were used during Russia's shelling of Bucha, locals have claimed after finding hundreds of the small projectiles in their gardens. 'Flechettes' - sharp, one-inch-long nail-like projectiles with fins on one end to make them more aerodynamic - were more commonly used in the First World War than modern warfare. They are not technically outlawed by international convention but some human rights groups have decried their use due to their indiscriminate and imprecise nature.'They should never be used in built-up civilian areas,' Amnesty International has said.

The Biden administration is setting the self-imposed ban as part of a goal to make it an 'international norm for responsible behavior in space,' Harris said. The new declaration comes after Russia in November conducted an anti-satellite missile test to destroy its Cosmos-1408 satellite, a soviet-era spacecraft that's been in orbit since the 1980s. The explosion generated a cloud of at least 1,500 pieces of trackable debris that threatened the International Space Station.

Now, David Zaslav, the Warner Bros. Discovery head who is taking over the conglomerate that includes CNN and a variety of other entertainment networks, is speaking out on his intentions. He sat with Oprah Winfrey this past week, outlined some of the changes that would be coming, and bashed “advocacy networks.” The CEO told Winfrey that CNN needs to be about reporting and truth and facts.

Disney execs worried that Tinker Bell and Captain Hook were “potentially problematic” during their review of content headed to the new Disney+ streaming service, the New York Times reports. The review is part of Disney’s “Stories Matter” initiative, a wide-ranging effort to bring more inclusion into the Disney-sphere. From the project’s website: As part of our ongoing commitment to diversity and inclusion, we are in the process of reviewing our library and adding advisories to content that includes negative depictions or mistreatment of people or cultures. Tinker Bell (yes, I thought it was one word too) raised concern because she is “body conscious”

To this point, Joe Biden has danced around the idea of running for a second term. His handlers have indicated that he plans to while leaving the door open for other circumstances to arise. When the president himself has spoken on it, he’s been even vaguer, mentioning his health and suggesting that Donald Trump possibly running again would be a deciding factor. A firm commitment has been largely elusive. According to The Hill, though, Biden has committed to staying in the game. The president made those comments to Barack Obama during the latter’s recent White House comeback tour. "President Biden has told former President Obama that he is planning to run

Jen Psaki and Peter Doocy clashed on Monday in the first White House press briefing following the infamous ‘stupid SOB’ incident between the media adversaries. Watch: (Video) “Why is it that we can sit here in the white house briefing room with no masks, but people can’t sit in an airplane cabin with no masks?” Doocy asked in reference to the national mask mandate being struck down in a federal court in Florida on Monday.“Well, Peter, I’m not a doctor,” she said condescendingly. “You’re not a doctor that I’m aware of. If you’re a doctor, I wasn’t aware of that today until today. Okay. Not a doctor.

When attempting to predict the next wave of leftist insanity, it’s always smart to look to California, the land where Babylon Bee-style parody five years ago is inevitably tragic reality now, and the absurdist parody being written today is likely just a few months down the pike, if not already there. So naturally, in 2020 the land of fruits and nuts became the first state to establish a real-live “task force” to study the issue of slavery reparations. That task force made news earlier this month by voting to limit any compensation plan to, according to The Guardian, “descendants of enslaved and free

As President Biden’s approval rating continues to plumb new depths, even some members of his own Democratic Party have begun to ask the once unthinkable: Will Joe Biden last through his first term in office? Such a question might have seemed a bit over the top, as Biden only entered office in January of 2021. But, after a year of record inflation and gasoline price hikes, devastating COVID lockdowns, a surge of illegal immigration, the botched departure from Afghanistan, and growing questions over the 79-year-old president’s mental fitness, a surprising number of Americans now think Biden won’t last even another two and a half years

The Hunter Biden coverup continues to unravel and, as it does, questions about the president's involvement become harder to dodge. Hunter's nefarious dealings with what at the time was China's largest energy company, CEFC, are well-documented, as are his questionable activities in Russia and Ukraine. The concept is known as influence peddling, a smarmy practice refined to an art form in "the swamp." Hunter Biden's "take" from Russia while his father was vice president was reportedly at least $3.5 million, for which he did nothing but be Joe Biden's son. Now, Joe Biden is president of the United States

We all get that political strategists like to cheerlead for their party. Some might even say that it’s their job. I, however, think that a good strategist is willing to see and speak the truth. If their party is failing, they aren’t doing anyone any favors by pretending things are going well. Which brings me to Democratic strategist Donna Brazile, who appeared on ABC’s This Week on Sunday and gave the most laughable assessment of the upcoming midterms I’ve seen. According to Brazile, the GOP is “essentially running on fumes” from allegations of voter fraud in 2020, while Democrats “are running on the economy that’s roaring back” and “fighting inflation.”

On Easter Sunday, CNN political analyst John Harwood decided to absolve Joe Biden of all of his sins. Harwood wrote a piece stating that there’s really nothing Biden can do about any of the major problems his administration faces. There’s just not much President Joe Biden can do about it. There’s not much he can do to curb inflation. There’s not much he can do to stop migrants from reaching America’s southern border. Or to reduce crime, or to make vaccine resisters get shots that would hasten the end of the coronavirus pandemic. There’s not much he can do to compel cooperation from defectors within his thin Democratic congressional majorities.
