Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey (R) signed several bills into law on Monday designed to scale back advances in radical transgender activism, as well as a 15-week abortion ban. One bill pertaining to transgenderism effectively bans biological males from competing in women’s sports, while another bill will restrict adults from transitioning minors into a member of the opposite sex. “This legislation is common-sense and narrowly targeted to address these two specific issues – while ensuring that transgender individuals continue to receive the same dignity, respect, and kindness as every individual in our society,”

Dems have already made sexual crimes against children in schools normal, accepted and promoted. Sexualizing kids is part of the public school curriculum. They even do it without parental knowledge or consent and it is being normalized that the kids belong to the state teachers union. What joey and the dems are doing now is making sexual crimes against children decriminalized by the courts. Then it will be understood understood that the pedophiles can have their way with kids and get away with it. (no criminal penalties). They do not care how it hurts or harms the kids. Dems just want to use the kids for their own pleasure with no penalties and not have to worry if the parents mind. Dems support child sacrifice. They kill babies in utero, and now MD and CA want infanticide-up to 28 days AFTER birth. Then they support child porn, pedophilia, sex trafficking gender fluidity for ALL kids any age. They show kids porn from daycare on and want to surgically and chemically change kids sexually. Dems do not care if the kids do not want to be groomed and groped. They only care that their sextual fantasies are achieved. They do not even hide their intentions anymore. It would have been easier for the Arizona Interscholastic Association to rise to its stated mission to "Create and sustain an ethical culture through activities that encourages (sic) maximum student participation by providing AIA member schools with an even playing field to ensure fair and equitable competition in interscholastic activities." It doesn't take legislation, except for the boobs that really don't understand the governance of sport and the process of rules change. You don't like it so we need a law, and the politicians are only too willing to give you one - so long as it's popular. Have any considered the advantages given to women, minorities, and others on the basis of gender, color, gender identification, even now hair styles? EQUALITY is the buzzword used by every and all these special pleaders. And they get "special programs" on the public dole to help these unfortunates with "encouragement", school admission set-asides, tutoring, social assistance, professional school placements, even modified physical standards for First Responders and the military that disadvantage males, particularly straight white men. It's all legal discrimination that we accept with little grumbling. It's all about EQUALITY! NOW! Hate to say, many cannot live with EQUALITY, an even playing field. That was clearly demonstrated in a swimming pool. How do you like it now, Meagan Rapinoe?

While many expected that Brett Kavanaugh, after his brutal treatment at the hands of the left during his mess of a confirmation hearing, would remain firmly entrenched on the right, that doesn’t appear to be the case. Instead, he just sided with the left on a major issue, setting the stage for Team Biden to start discharging unvaxxed Navy SEALs. While conservative justices Clarence Thomas, Samuel Alito, and Neil Gorsuch dissented and argued that the SEALs should not be discharged for refusing the jab, Kavanaugh concurred with the leftist majority, writing:

Tom Cotton would already have earned an A+ for his digging into Joe Biden’s affirmative action nominee Ketanjio Brown Jackson and her disgusting leniency toward and support for consumers of child pornography. She is vile. As if Cotton hadn’t done enough already, now he’s going after the judge and Supreme Court hopeful for her almost-as-bad representation of suspected terrorists and detainees at Guantanamo Bay. Kudos to Cotton for having the stones to do what few GOP seem willing to anymore. Josh Hawley, Ted Cruz, John Kennedy, and Marsha Blackburn have been impressive throughout the hearings as well. Supreme Court nominee Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson had a tough day Tuesday, as she faced the first serious questions about her record and her judicial philosophy. Judge Jackson came across during the introduction hearing on Monday as a personable, likable and accomplished attorney and jurist, with a beautiful family. On Tuesday, however, she was unable to satisfy concerns that she harbors deeply radical political views, and that she has a record of being too soft on sex offenders. There were several key points: 1. Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) nailed Jackson on the “1619 Project,” Critical Race Theory, and her sentencing record.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky addressed Israeli lawmakers via Zoom in a fiery speech on Sunday, and called on Israel to help prevent a Russian “final solution.” Zelenskyy told lawmakers: “102 years after the Nazi party was established, on February 24, an order was given for a full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine.” “They are using the terminology of the Nazi party. This is a tragedy. When they wanted to destroy Europe and have it surrender, they didn’t want to leave any of you remaining. And now us. They called it the final solution to the Jewish question,” Zelenskyy said while also criticizing Israel for not arming Ukraine.

New York State was subject to Gov. Andrew Cuomo's reign for 10 years until he resigned last August. He was replaced by Gov. Kathy Hochul, his lieutenant governor and a fellow Democrat who has been awful in her own right. Hochul is considered the likely favorite for winning the Democratic nomination for the gubernatorial election this November. However, Rep. Lee Zeldin, who is running for the office as a Republican, is hopeful that he has a shot at beating her, along with his running mate of Alison Esposito for lieutenant governor, and he's pointing to polls to prove it.

Back in 1967, the Reedy Creek Improvement District agreement was created to lure Disney to Florida. The agreement allows the district governmental powers to facilitate recreational projects and tourism. Florida's legislature felt that it would benefit the state if recreational organizations had the power to act as their own government in areas like property development, water control, public utilities, law enforcement, and fire protection. The mouse eagerly took the cheese, and today most of the land is owned by Walt Disney World. It's been a pretty sweet deal (snip) Now Florida legislators are threatening to pull those special privileges if Disney continues to strike at HB1557

Americans were not, and Reagan ended up beating the incumbent Democrat in a drubbing — carrying forty-four states, taking 489 electoral votes (snip) As we near what looks like his return to battle for the 2024 election, though, a potent six-word slogan reminiscent of Reagan's rhetorical thwack is inescapable: Were you better off with Trump?
