California’s average gas price reached a record high of $5.90 per gallon on Friday, according to AAA. Just last month, the state’s average gas price was $4.79. One year ago, the average price of gas in the state was $3.88, a full $2.02 less. Nationwide, the average price of gas ($4.24) has increased by about 70 cents since Russia invaded Ukraine. But gas prices had already risen about a full $1.00 since President Joe Biden assumed office and waged war on American energy independence. [Tweet] Throughout his first year in office, Biden has made it difficult for oil companies to gain financing to drill on private lands.

If only the oil companies and the banks weren't both owned by Blackrock and Vanguard, et al. ... The investment funds should be the targets of the Anti-Trust actions. Am I supposed to feel sorry for Californians who vote year and after year, election after election for the communist death democrats whose sole agenda is to destroy the State and starve the morons who voted for them into slavery? You, the ignorant, and ultimately America hating voters of California are getting exactly what you deserve, Good and Hard. To hell with you traitors.

Law Professor Denounces the Constitution's
'White Supremacy,' Calls for an 'Antiracist' Replacement

Is the Constitution inherently racist? Brandon Hasbrouck says yes. In Boston University Law Review article “The Antiracist Constitution,” the Washington and Lee University professor alleges our nation’s founding document “serves white supremacy.” He aids his argument with George Floyd’s death, the Fugitive Slave Act, and the fact that Thomas Jefferson owned slaves. The professor points out a peculiarity: It is June 28, 1776. The Continental Congress orders that Thomas Jefferson’s draft of the Declaration of Independence “lie on the table.” … Jefferson, who enslaves hundreds of people, nonetheless includes an assertion that “all men are created equal.” Moving forward to fugitive slaves: It is September 18, 1850. Congress passes the Fugitive Slave Act…

I’ve written about the ridiculous push on the left calling for the impeachment of Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas because his wife Ginni Thomas had an opinion they consider bad about the 2020 election, and that she shared it in texts with then-White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows. Now stay with me a second, while I explain the manic claim. She wanted Meadows to look into some of the questions that were being raised about the election, according to the alleged texts. She didn’t encourage him to do anything illegal, and she was nowhere near the riot at the Capitol on Jan. 6, 2020.

Tech giant Apple is working on turning its iPhone and other products into a subscription-based hardware service sharing some similarities with a car lease. Bloomberg reports that tech giant Apple is developing a subscription service for its iPhone and other hardware products, which could turn iPhone ownership into a subscription service rather than direct hardware ownership. The service would be Apple’s biggest effort so far to enter the automatically recurring sales market. The project is reportedly still in development, according to sources with knowledge of the matter, and has yet to be finalized. Apple shares climbed to a session high falling Bloomberg’s reporting of the feature late this week,

Following the New York Times’ recent acknowledgment that the infamous Hunter Biden laptop is actually 100% legit, new polling released this week by Rasmussen Reports shows that a growing number of Democrat voters are waking up to the fact that the 2020 election was, at the very least, rigged, if not outright stolen. In other words, the narrative is crumbling – it’s impossible to hide the fact that Biden is an illegitimate and incompetent president. According to the poll from March 24th, nearly a quarter of registered Democrat voters now believe that Joe would not be president today if the media had done their jobs

Californians in San Diego are driving across the border into Mexico for cheaper gas. Gas prices in California are averaging $6 a gallon thanks to a combination of Joe Biden’s war on domestic energy production and high taxes in the Golden State. The gas prices in Tijuana cost an average of $3.96 a gallon – a whopping $2 a gallon cheaper than in California. Large banners at the Mexican gas stations advertising their cheap gas prices take a shot a Joe Biden’s America: “Cheaper than in the USA!” The Los Angeles Times reported: Claudia Jessica Villarreal used to fill up her gray Nissan Pathfinder near her home in Chula Vista, Calif.

It was just last month that “The View” suspended her from the program for her widely panned comments claiming the Holocaust wasn’t about race. Now she’s on a tear about the British Royal Family, deploring their role in the country’s imperialist past and calling on them to apologize for what she perceives to be the British Empire’s historical sins.

An angry and desperate Rep. Liz Cheney (R-WY) unleashed her spokesperson Jeremy Adler on House GOP Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) Thursday, who excoriated him for endorsing her 2022 midterm election opponent and not rejecting right-wing, Trump supporters in the Republican Party. “A leader with honor would be rejecting – not protecting – the pro-Putin, anti-Semitic, white nationalist members of the party, instead of fighting against Liz Cheney for telling the truth,” Adler proclaimed via Twitter. Cheney retweeted his sentiments in apparent approval of his phrasing and linked to a CNN story it first appeared in where McCarthy called his endorsement of Harriet Hageman, Cheney’s Trump-endorsed GOP challenger, a “special case.”

The Left has a Nazi fetish. They have an unhealthy obsession with Adolf Hitler. Maybe it’s because they all secretly want to be him? After all, he built death camps, put people he hated into them, and systemically murdered them. It’s what liberals want to do with anyone with whom they disagree, so roughly half the country. Everything they hate is rooted in racism, sexism, misogyny, or Nazism. It’s the same old game, but it’s not reaching levels of mockery that we really haven’t approached yet. I have never seen an op-ed that argues that working out and exercising is akin to Nazism. It’s all here.

He came, he saw, he confused. Joe Biden’s call-to-arms speech in Poland was long on soaring rhetoric about the virtues of democracy but woefully short on what more the West will do to help Ukraine defeat the Russian invasion. What mattered most and what will be remembered for a long time was a single line the president of the United States said about the president of Russia: “For God’s sake, this man cannot remain in power.”(Snip)Maybe the idea just popped into Biden’s addled brain and he added it on the fly.

Joe Biden’s trip overseas has been a disaster! Biden has dramatically escalated his rhetoric against Vladimir Putin, calling for the Russian leader to be removed because of his brutal invasion of Ukraine. “For God’s sake, this man cannot remain in power,” Biden’s said at the very end of a speech in Poland’s capital that served as the capstone on a four-day trip to Europe. Biden has frequently talked about ensuring that the Kremlin’s now two-month invasion becomes a “strategic failure” for Putin and has described the Russian leader as a “war criminal.” But until his remarks in Warsaw, the American leader had not said that Putin should not run Russia.

Lately, when we think about what’s happening to America’s military under Biden, we’ve been focusing on the Pentagon’s obsessions with race, LGBTQ+++ issues (especially transgenderism), women’s rights, and political “wrong think” (i.e., conservativism). That obsession has consistently put progressive social policy ahead of military cohesion and readiness. However, Jim Webb, who was a Marine infantry officer while in Vietnam, then the Navy secretary under Ronald Reagan and, lastly, a Virginia senator during the Obama years, has written an op-ed about a different concern: The potentially damaging, purely operational changes Marine commandment Gen.
