Vladimir Putin is suffering from a brain disorder caused by dementia, Parkinson’s disease or ‘roid rage’ resulting from steroid treatment for cancer, intelligence sources have claimed.Citing sources close to the Kremlin, senior figures in the Five Eyes intelligence alliance – comprising Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and the United States – believe there is a physiological explanation for the Russian president’s globally reviled decision to invade Ukraine. The intelligence community is sharing a growing number of reports about 69-year-old Putin’s ‘increasingly erratic behaviour’, combined with a bloated appearance in recent footage – and the absurd distance he insists on keeping from visitors to the Kremlin.

There's the garbage vehicle, Daily Mail appeasing all who read it covering for Putin. Why is garbage like this posted on a legitimate Conservative news site?

This is classic "intelligence agency" tripe, delivered via daily mail from the UK.
He COULD have "dementia, steroid for cancer or Parkinson's"
Does that sound like anyone has any direct knowledge?
All they have is speculation that a 69 year old man, who is finally putting on a little extra weight and it shows in his face and neck, COULD have something else going on. I'm guessing you know a 69 year old that fits that description - I do.

Maybe you could look into the actual health records of Biden before you begin spouting more lies about Putin?

You don’t get “Roid Rage” from the type of steroids used to treat cancer. Our intelligence agencies are either incompetent or lying. Putin is trying to put back together the pre-WWI Greater Russia. That’s why he’s invaded Ukraine.

#4, I could burn up a whole lot of Lucianne's band width by listing all of the stuff our intelligence agencies have missed, beginning with the fall of the Soviet Union, and missing 9/11. They have a wretchedly bad track record.
And this latest, on Putin, sounds like british pub banter.

They tried to convince Americans that President Trump wasn't capable of running USA. They lost their credibility with me. This is the new sexual attack mantra now. Why is it that dems ruin everything? They look like fools because look what we have sitting in the WH and look who's waiting to get into the WH. We are in so much trouble. Putin didn't invade under President Trump. Tells you something right there. Btw- this war didn't have to happen.

Both Russian and just group em all into one (Western Media) have their own propaganda machines playing at the word game and the Western Media does a better job at posting their propaganda. Most of us are suspicious of the reports posted. Trust but Verify and it is doable! Out gunned and out manned Ukraine and the West/EU have got to know that it is not nice poking sticks at the Bear! PC/ROE WOKE military exists only in the West/EU. All Russia and Putin know is that once committed to fight those who ignore his security concerns is that they understand what it means to Win or Lose! Debate that all you want but it is that simple!

The 'Five Eyes' must have cataracts in them. At 69 the aging Soviet just put on some poundage from McDonald's hamburgers before they pulled out of there. It's the Daily Muck so take it lightly. We have a vegetable in the White House so what.

Oh, please. That's an excuse not an explanation.
It is possible that he is just plain crazy --- from an STD, a tumor on the brain or life's failures. Whatever!
Was he "dying from cancer" when he invaded Georgia years ago? Was he on steroids when he helped himself to Crimea? Or when he gave a speech ... years ago! ... saying the relatively peaceful breakup of the U.S.S.R. was the worst catastrophe in modern times?
Sorry ... Putin knows he is 70 and at the height of his power. It's now or never for his master plan and --- lucky him --- the most powerful country who could stop him is now run by morons.

Ok.....I've gone thru cancer treatment. One gets irritable, testy and some brain fog. But its not enough to invade another country and order the slaughter of non-combatants.
To be fair, I don't know what the effects would be for someone already on the edge of sanity.

If Putin has cancer. He might be having radiation has a treatment, and anyone whose knows someone who has received radiation as a treatment for cancer, knows the immune system is compromised. So the absurd social distancing could be because of radiation treatments. It's either that, or he's taking advice from Fauci to protect himself from Covid.

Don't buy it, especially since it is the supposedly on the ball intel agencies in our government saying it. They will say anything to prop up the ultimate political scapegoat in our WH right now. Gotta protect the graft and corruption in DC.

So the doctors have driven Putin crazy and caused an invasion of Ukraine. Is this more "vaccines" the doctors want to mandate we take, or lose our jobs and right to life?

I have seen a good, smiling, happy young lady turn into a mean, bitchy, hateful, suspicious person with steroids for an auto immune disease, and a lot of external stress from a dying sister. It was sad, but it proves to me that this can really happen.
Many of us have said that Putin's face looks puffy, for several weeks, and wondered about these exact things.
Any proof? Probably not, but it fits what we see.
