The thousands of rubber bullets that flew through the air after the murder of George Floyd were fired by officers who faced little to no accountability, according to an independent review of the city’s response. A team of investigators hired by the City of Minneapolis presented their much-anticipated findings on Tuesday, which included how police failed to follow its own rules regarding the use and reporting of less-lethal force.

Comments:

the upshot of this report is that the City of mpls and its council and mayor completely fouled up everything.. yet this reporter (?) for this local communist msm outlet finds some TERRORISTS to complain about being hit by rubber bullets while they were rioting!

The temptation to analyze a crime scene post facto, with conclusions that match one's twisted mindset, is almost impossible to resist. Self-defined victims are expert at this, and the media eat it up with relish.

They were supposed to stand there and dodge the bricks thrown by Black Lies Matter and Antifa and hope their helmets were strong enough to soften the blows. They should have used real lead and given the crybabies something to cry about.

Napoleon had to deal with royalists rioting and attacking so he found 40 cannon and used grape shot -give them a whiff of grapes hot - killing hundreds. Now, I know Napoleon and modern clerks and hand wringers shouldn't be compared but.....

WASHINGTON — Some social media users suggest that soaring fuel prices in the U.S. aren’t the result of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, increased consumption or supply chain issues as daily life resumes after two years of stagnation brought on by the coronavirus pandemic. Instead, the flurry of Facebook and Twitter posts offer, without evidence, that a nefarious scheme is underway: President Joe Biden’s administration is intentionally driving up the price of gas to get more American drivers behind the wheel of an electric car. “$6.00 a gallon gas is how you get people to buy electric cars,” claims one popular

Jussie Smollett, who faked a hate crime against himself in Chicago, was sentenced Thursday. Smollett was found guilty back in December, after he conspired with two men to make it seem as if Trump supporters had attacked him and tied a noose around his neck at 2:00 AM, in the middle of a polar vortex. While he received an initial outpouring of support, including from Vice President Kamala Harris, it quickly became apparent that his story wasn’t adding up. Congress had to approve a spending bill by Friday to prevent a government shutdown. Lapses in funding can lead to furloughs of federal workers, hinder the economy and force the government to scale back services. The media and the left at large have been hyperventilating over it because it dares to stop teachers from discussing “gender ideology” and sexuality with small children. Perhaps Disney, given its massive investment in the state, believed it could bend DeSantis to its will on the bill and get him to veto the legislation?
