Why Should Deplorables Fight for Those

What happens when a self-anointed "ruling class" spends years demonizing its own citizens as racist, white supremacist, deplorable, insurrectionist Neanderthals bitterly clinging to their guns and their Bibles? What happens when the fools in charge censor dissent and throw their political enemies in prison? What happens when the political Establishment floods the country with illegal aliens while publicly wishing for the quick "extinction" of those proud to wave the red, white, and blue? Maybe when those same elitist snob-goblins start beating the drums of war, declare patriotic love of country acceptable once again

Vietnam was my War. I thought we we doing something worthwhile until I figured out that the fools who got us into that mess and sent us there weren’t interested in letting us do what was necessary to win it. After that we still flew the missions, looked after each other and mostly just tried to make it home. Total waste of 58,000 Americans.

Just a small detail... The "deplorables" wouldn't be fighting, dying, and be maimed for Ukraine. They would be fighting, dying, and be maimed for "Brandon's Billions" Big Brandon, and all the little Brandons around him. There is no reason for any American to die for American fascists fighting Russian fascists fighting Ukrainian fascists over American tax dollars. There is a fascinating history of Ukraine, and color revolutions generally, here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pKcmNGvaDUs by Oliver Stone (do not give him your full trust either...). There were flags flying over Maidan square that were flying over dead Jews in the '40s. The color revolution angle could explain the J6 incarcerations. Thou shall not use Deep State methods against the Deep State.

In my lifetime, the democrats have politicized every military conflict where the sitting president was a republican. Least we forget the hysteria when Trump took out a known Iranian terrorist organizer. Several months into the Afghan war, Clinton standing in the well of the Senate screeching "what did he know and when did he know it". During republican led administrations, "unnamed sources" routinely leak to the press. During democrat administrations, criticism is unamerican and the press runs interference. Remember, we had to stop the impeachment proceedings against Clinton after he launched a bombing campaign in Yugoslavia. So forgive me if I refuse to get onboard with future conflicts. Because I know for a fact, that at the first opportunity, democrats will turn it to their advantage.

The elite snob-goblins can go to war first if they want to. Otherwise, leave the rest of us alone. Ukraine and the corruption there is all the fault of DC anyway, so why should we fight to protect your ATM machine? To be honest, I am more likely to take Putin's side in this mess. Because he is cleaning out the US rot that found a home on his doorstep. Would love it if he would release all the names of those who have ties with Ukraine, starting with Biden and Pelosi's own son. #1, you were within 6 weeks of winning that war, but unfortunately for you guys, a master liar named Cronkite was telling the nation you were in a quagmire. According to the excerpt in the Swift Boat book by John O'Neill, he quoted the NV general who said he was within 6 weeks of surrender, then he saw the broadcasts of Cronkite. That gave them such a morale boost they changed their mind about surrender. We can trace the perfidy of the media back to Cronkite IMO. He was a rotten and evil America hating liar.

#15 Correcto! What I saw at 20 years old when I returned home and what was on TV was a subtle lie by Cronkite the closet communist. The embedded young reporter, Dan Rather included, in that lie. We won the Tet offensive and were winning the war. Nixon was right to carpet bomb them into submission. Years later it was the cruelty of the VC to the villagers that was appalling. I would not walk on their land and country again today if given a choice, we were wrong. We inherited the problems of the French from the 1950s. Thank you for your comment.

Why Stormy Daniels deserves to be punished 2 replies

A few days ago, porn star Stormy Daniels lost her appeal in her failed defamation suit against Donald Trump; she now owed more than $300,000 in legal fees to President Trump. "I will go to jail before I pay a penny," a defiant Daniels tweeted after the ruling. Daniels also posted a lengthy statement on Twitter where she claimed Trump had won the case “on a technicality” because her former lawyer, Michael Avenatti, failed to file a notice of appeal in her defamation suit on time. Avenatti himself was convicted in Manhattan federal court last month for defrauding Daniels out of money she was owed in a book deal

Being a Republican voter is no easy thing. Social media censor you. Companies fire you. The Department of Justice persecutes you. Democrats assault and harass you. And all the while, most Republican Party "leaders" stand back and do nothing as they watch. We've got the only political party in modern history controlled by a small group of elected officials who fundamentally disagree with the prevailing viewpoints of 90% of the voters who put them in office. Election after election, their unstated yet indisputable campaign slogan is simply, "Vote for us because we don't hate you quite as much as the other guys."

As Tuesday's Supreme Court confirmation hearing dragged into the evening hours, Senator John Kennedy (R-LA) raised a simple question about when constitutional protections for life — or even just life itself — begins. When does life begin, in your opinion," Senator Kennedy asked Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson for starters. "Senator... um... I don't... know," Judge Jackson replied, followed by an uneasy, awkward laugh. "Do you have a belief?" Kennedy pressed. "I have, um, personal religious and otherwise beliefs that have nothing to do with the law in terms of when life begins," Jackson responded. "Do you have a personal belief though about when life begins?" Kennedy probed.

It is said that an unreliable ally is worse than a sworn enemy. This is because you expect the enemy to act against you. But when an ally either chooses to be a bystander when you are attacked or sides with your assailant to attack you, the treachery is both shocking and unforgivable. One such consistently untrustworthy and unreliable ‘ally’ who has been a been a disappointment is Republican Sen. Mitt Romney of Utah. His latest betrayal came during a Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions (HELP) Committee hearing on Tuesday.
