Trudeau recently claimed, then quickly surrendered, “emergency powers,” using Enabling Acts-like powers to crack down on the truckers peacefully protesting his regime in Ottawa. Using those powers, Trudeau sent in the police to beat back and disperse the peaceful crowds of truckers and their allies, worked with banks to freeze the assets of dissenters, and ruthlessly persecuted those who dared to disagree. In short, he acted like a tyrant. Refusing to listen to the protesters or let them peacefully exercise their rights, he cracked down on them with a vengeance, acting as any tinpot dictator would. Well, guess what he’s doing now: attacking Putin for being an “authoritarian.”

In Democrat cities across America, the word is out: it's time for masks to go...except on children. Teachers' unions are adamant that it's just better for those kids to keep hiding their faces. It's a mystery to me why this is, but it's clear that these people should not be allowed in classrooms because they must really dislike children.

Judge Mark Pittman’s order prevents Biden from exempting minor migrants from Title 42. Title 42 is an immigration policy implemented by former President Donald Trump that allows U.S. immigration officials to expel immediately migrants who come to the southern border. Title 42 was implemented in the wake of the coronavirus pandemic.
Since the policy’s start in March 2020, the federal government has expelled more than 1.6 million migrants.
Biden previously declined to expel unaccompanied minor children under Title 42.
The Supreme Court ruled on Monday against an appeal concerning Bill Cosby’s overturned conviction in 2021 involving a sexual assault conviction.
The decision left in place a 4-3 ruling by Pennsylvania’s Supreme Court that ruled Cosby’s 2018 conviction violated his due process rights. Cosby was released in June following the overturned decision.
The Pennsylvania ruling was appealed to the Supreme Court in November by Montgomery County’s district attorney regarding a case reaching back to 2005.

The federal government, that bloated DC bureaucracy, that center of massive spending and outcomes that are rarely, if ever, positive, has gotten far too big. It does much, but little of it well, spending money like there’s no tomorrow while achieving little, racking up a massive mountain of debt and inflating the currency away to nothing for no corresponding gain of note.
Yet worse, much of what it’s doing is unconstitutional; federal agencies of dubious constitutionality rule over the American people like eastern despots while the rules they promulgate crush small businesses under a mountain of paperwork or make whatever problem they’re meant to “solve” even worse.
So, what’s to be done?
