Her singing of "Have You Heard" still reverberates in my mind - nearly 70 years later. She was a stellar example - - of beautiful and talented Italian-American women - - who could light up our lives with songs. Ti mancheremo, bella ragazza.

God bless her. Of four of us, all 65 and older up to age 91, none can recall her name or career. Celebrity is fleeting. Nonetheless, 91 years of life are to be celebrated.

I've heard the name, but honestly don't recall the voice or songs. I'm only 79, though. I'm willing to bet my departed mom and dad, who both loved music, sang or danced to her songs. May she RIP!
