Saying You’re ‘Colorblind’ About
Race Is Now Considered Racist By The Federal Government

A race-based training program used by federal agencies claims, among other things, that saying one is “colorblind” to race is itself racist. The training is part of a newly revealed federal diversity program that greatly expands on previously critical race theory trainings within the federal government, the Washington Examiner reported.

Comments:

FTA: ". . . the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau says that offering a black student a basketball is considered offensive." Yes, giving black students a basketball is definitely racist. The CFPB recommends giving them a watermelon instead.

We must NEVER be allowed to move forward on race. Having everyone live in harmony, regardless of your skin's melanin content, is UNACCEPTABLE. The Left demands that racial tension exists forever-because then they have no reason, no purpose, no modus operandi, to even be here. That's why all the drama brought to you care of the lackey MSM regarding Trayvon Martin/George Zimmerman, Freddie Grey/Baltimore PD, George Floyd/Minneapolis PD, is spun by the networks to shove race in our faces. That's why TV documentaries like 1,000 Years A Slave (Smithsonian Channel) are made-so blacks are reminded over and over and over that they are oppressed and will forever continue to be oppressed. Of course, the source of all their oppression is from The Left.

Who finds THAT surprising? The first thing totalitarians do is forbid speech that describes them or describes the solution to them. They would probably define MLK's " Dream Speech", hate speech in this Administration.

In Nazi and Communist dictatorships (probably still practiced in North Korea) it was considered a political offense not to be sufficiently enthusiastic in supporting or cheering the Great Leader. Just watch the next step. You will be deemed racist if your denunciation is not sufficiently strong.

I wondered when this would happen. In the 60s we were taught to be colorblind. That word. Exactly. So we were. And things seemed to improve, not totally...but pretty much. And then, years later, I heard Goddess Oprah announce that if we don't see color, we don't see HER. So, although it's hard to miss her, OK. At that time we were supposed to reverse course and SEE color. So we did. But now we're supposed to see color everywhere. And that's not working either, because when everything is perceived by color alone reality get completely distorted. So this is exactly why from time to time I facetiously propose that we mandate burkhas. It's the only sure fire way to completely eliminate hate crimes! Nobody would know (or care) who or what gender, race, sexual preference or skin color lurks behind the burqs.

President Joe Biden used his first State of the Union speech on Tuesday night to call out Russia’s invasion of Ukraine and vowed to tame surging inflation and the COVID-19 pandemic. Biden underscored in his 62-minute address that much of the world is united against Russia as he tried to make Americans feel optimistic about the future — despite his first year in office being plagued by economic and public health woes. Here are a few key moments from Biden’s address:

On the 10th anniversary of the death of Trayvon Martin, the New York Times has published a video about this tragedy that slanders individuals, sows racial resentments, and impugns the people of the United States en masse. In addition to employing a series of highly deceptive half-truths, the video edits a police recording to make it seem like Martin was murdered and that his killer got away with it because Martin was black. The events underlying the video unfolded on a rainy night in Sanford, Florida in February 2012 when Trayvon Martin, a 17-year-old black teen, was shot and killed by a neighborhood watch volunteer named George Zimmerman.

In 2016, voters in California approved a $1.2 billion program to build housing for the homeless. This is a fine idea, and Californians should be applauded for their compassion and generosity. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention relaxed its mask guidance on Friday, allowing most people to ditch their face coverings so long as Covid-19 hospitalizations in their communities remain low. Under the new CDC guidance, people are advised to wear masks in public areas indoors, including schools, when there’s a lot of virus circulation in their communities that could overwhelm local hospitals. More than 70% of Americans live in communities where wearing masks is no longer recommended under the new CDC guidelines, because hospitals are not under severe threat from disease there.

Joe Biden’s State of the Union lingered far too long, but the general theme was made clear within the first 30 minutes: This is a man with no accomplishments and he knows it. Honestly, even as a conservative, I expected more. Biden’s speech was badly written, devoid of memorable moments, and came across as a rehash of everything he’s been saying for the last two years. The applause lines felt painfully manufactured, and the president often stumbled over his words — and that’s when he wasn’t coughing. The first part of the speech focused on Ukraine in an obvious attempt to soften the audience with a topic most agree on.
