Republican Senator Lindsey Graham, who sits on the Judiciary Committee, is blasting President Joe Biden for choosing D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals Judge Ketanji Brown to replace Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer. (Tweets) Fellow South Carolina Senator Tim Scott is also expressing disappointment. (Tweets) Meanwhile Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, who voted against her confirmation to her current position on the D.C. Circuit, is also weighing in. "I congratulate Judge Jackson on her nomination. I look forward to meeting with her in person and studying her record, legal views, and judicial philosophy," McConnell released in a statement Friday.

Graham is a Deep State actor, he sometimes plays the part of a conservative, but NEVER when the chips are down, he ALWAYS does as he is told when an important vote is up.
You watch, if his vote is needed to affirm her....HE WILL vote for her. He is an evil, lying fraud.

The title does not match the article AT ALL. It is not a win for the radical left when Graham blast Biden's radical left pick. As did Tim Scott.
And even though McConnell does say he looks forward to reviewing her qualifications, he also clearly notes that he voted AGAINST her for her current position and further expresses his doubts by reminding that she is the favored choice of far-left dark-money groups that have spent years attacking the legitimacy and structure of the Court itself.
So none of the mentioned Republicans are in favor. At this point, at least.

When it comes to a vote trust the Republicans to fold, because a President should have his pick, even if the President himself is illegitimate.

"She also received three votes from GOP senators—Sens. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.), Lisa Murkowski (R-Alaska) and Susan Collins (R-Maine)—while the 47 other Republican senators voted against her."

I NEED to get to the hearings! Unfortunately I'm afraid to fly. And I have two doors on my house. But, I HAVE TO tell my tale. At some date in the past, ol' whats'ername raped me multiple times. If she's not at least a 7, I'm sticking with my rape story.

The Republicans on the Judiciary Committee should boycott the committee vote, denying the Demmunists a quorum.

I don't feel like I can ever again trust Mitch McConnell to promote the best interests of the USA. His finely crafted façade is beginning to crumble.

The comments on McConnell, who got a number of Trump’s judges confirmed and kept Merrick Garland off the Supreme Court, don’t square with his comments in the article. He congratulates Jackson on her nomination. And then highlights a number of her negatives. As they go to her hearing.
Meanwhile Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, who voted against her confirmation to her current position on the D.C. Circuit, is also weighing in.
"I congratulate Judge Jackson on her nomination. I look forward to meeting with her in person and studying her record, legal views, and judicial philosophy," McConnell released in a statement Friday. "Senate Republicans believe the Court and the country deserve better than Senate Democrats’ routine of baseless smears and shameless distortions. The Senate must conduct a rigorous, exhaustive review of Judge Jackson’s nomination as befits a lifetime appointment to our highest Court. This is especially crucial as American families face major crises that connect directly to our legal system, such as skyrocketing violent crime and open borders."
"I voted against confirming Judge Jackson to her current position less than a year ago. Since then, I understand that she has published a total of two opinions, both in the last few weeks, and that one of her prior rulings was just reversed by a unanimous panel of her present colleagues on the D.C. Circuit. I also understand Judge Jackson was the favored choice of far-left dark-money groups that have spent years attacking the legitimacy and structure of the Court itself," he continued. "With that said, I look forward to carefully reviewing Judge Jackson’s nomination during the vigorous and thorough Senate process that the American people deserve.”
That doesn’t sound like a rollover to me.
As for Lindsey, he is just ticked off because he wanted the black jdge from his state, Fouth Carolina - Judge Childs - who is undoubtedly better qualified than Jackson. His remarks about Jackson were sarcastic.

PS. I am not a McConnell fan, but with all his flaws, he hasn’t done a bad job when it came to judicial nominees.

The Dems are still short 1 Senator as Sen Lujan from New Mexico is still on sick leave. She may need all 50 Dem votes to get on the court. Officials claim that Lujan is recovering but provide no details.

Biden once again caved to the socialist wing of the Insanity Party. It really doesn’t matter if Graham votes to confirm or not. The Republicans can’t stop this by themselves and I doubt that they would have the will to try.

Dementia Jo is really big on these mixed marriages, hey? It amuses me that she is bringing brought forward as being in touch with 'the people' while she lounges around Georgetown cocktail parties with Whitey, her husband, a noted surgeon at the Georgetown swamp. Shades of Guess Who's Coming To Dinner!
Clarence Thomas was always connected to his people. Dementia Jo's writers snubbed Clarence Thomas today. And that was a cheap thing to do. But expected.

Biden will always pick the most radical choice out of his group of radical choices. And of course, the pick must always be "THE FIRST" of some persecuted special interest group. Lets Hope that Judge Brown vaguely remembers that as a Supreme Court Justice, she is supposed to judge the constitutionality of the case / law, not her feelings about the case (as is the case with so many liberals).
