WASHINGTON -- The Biden administration is delaying decisions on new oil and gas drilling on federal land and other energy-related actions after a federal court blocked the way officials were calculating the real-world costs of climate change. The administration said in a legal filing that a Feb. 11 ruling by a Louisiana federal judge will affect dozens of rules by at least four federal agencies. Among the immediate effects is an indefinite delay in planned oil and gas lease sales on public lands in a half-dozen states in the West, including Wyoming, Montana and Utah. The ruling also will delay plans

Somehow, this doesn’t sound very intelligent. Unless of course burning US fossil fuel is the greatest security threat to the US; burning fossil fuel from other countries is OK. Could US oil be racist and saudi/Russian oil be nonracist? Perhaps US oil is noninclusive. Remember the obumbum rule: fjb screws up everything he touches.

And the courts have said that this stopping is illegal. But, of course, the Dems ignore the courts, and the Enemedia make no mention of it. If Trump was ordered by a court, even wrongly, and later overturned, the screaming from the Enemedia was heard every hour on every channel.

“ President Joe Biden on his first day in office restored the climate cost estimate to about $51 per ton of carbon dioxide emissions, after President Donald Trump had reduced the figure to $7 or less per ton.” The ABC Spews apologist for Biden then provides a quote from a federal regulator about the complexity and time required if the 4 agencies attempting to limit if not eliminate US energy production have to use the original cost estimate. But ABC Spews doesn’t explain how these 4 agencies were immediately able to implement Biden’s $51 cost without similar complex analysis over many months. Also, even though 10 states sued to stop Biden’s delusional cost, ABC doesn’t bother to include a quote from them. Instead, ABC quotes the leftists who gladly produce anti energy quotes,

Biden cuts off expanded oil production and exploration in the US. Russia gets rich off oil and uses it to invade other countries. Biden begs OPEC to pump more oil and they say no leading to higher oil prices here. The US is forced to purchase more oil from overseas from countries that don't like us. Other countries continue to drill and explore for oil. What is the difference global warming wise if the oil is from the US or from anther nation? Biden is causing higher oil prices in the US while enriching our enemies. Joe Biden and his policies are the greatest threat to US security there is. He is emboldening the bad actors of the world and giving them the means to make lots of money all in the name of saving the environment / global warming. There will be a lot of "global warming" if a nuclear weapon were to be used by a bad actor nation because of Bidens idiotic policies.
