Putin’s tanks are rolling into the Ukraine, sending world commodity prices, particularly oil and grain, haywire. Gas at the pump is incredibly expensive, inflation is raging at a multi-decade high, and millions of illegal immigrants flooded across the border last year. So what are lawmakers in New York focusing on right now? Climate change, of course! Whatever else happens, the angry sun god must be appeased by…waving around a banner with a 9/11 meme. Check out that protest here: (Tweet) Yes, you saw that picture on the left correctly. “Climate change” is an airliner about to crash into the World Trade Center. Tasteful.

A Texas county elections administrator resigned Tuesday after taking responsibility for an “oversight” that resulted in thousands of uncounted votes.Isabel Longoria announced her intent to step down from her position as Harris County Elections Administrator during a meeting of the county commissioners. Her post oversaw the city of Houston and the surrounding county, which happens to be Texas’ most populous.“Today I am submitting my resignation effective July 1,” Longoria said, suggesting it allowed for oversight to continue through the May runoff elections and provided ample time for a replacement to be appointed.

White House correspondents erupted in protest Monday after an Associated Press reporter signaled press secretary Jen Psaki to pull the plug on the daily briefing before others had a chance to ask a question.“Thanks, Jen,” the AP’s Josh Boak told Psaki 39 minutes into the q-and-a period, indicating that time was up even as another reporter shouted a question about whether the US intended to get oil from Venezuela. Although the briefing lasted for nearly 40 minutes, that time was taken up by three reporters in the first two rows asking multiple questions and follow-ups.The Post’s White House reporter Steven Nelson, along with Lynn Sweet

KFC faces mounting pressure to shutter its 1,000 Russian restaurants after McDonald's, Coca-Cola, Pepsi and Starbucks all halted business there indefinitely because of Putin's invasion of Ukraine. The chain is the only significant US-owned fast food chain still operating in Russia, after its rivals announced plans to suspend business there indefinitely. KFC is owned by Yum! Brands, a Louisville, Kentucky-headquartered operation which is listed on the New York Stock Exchange, and whose CEO David Gibbs has been with the company since 1989. Yum! also operates 50 Pizza Hut locations across Russia.

Tuesday, former Vice President Mike Pence said when the time was “right,” he and his family would consider his future political ambitions, including a possible 2024 presidential run.In the meantime, Pence said he was focused on the 2022 midterm elections.“You know, all of my focus right now is on 2022,” he said. “I think we have a historic opportunity to reclaim majorities in the House and the Senate, to elect great Republican governors around America. And in 2023, I’m confident the Republican Party will nominate a candidate who will be the next President of the United States of America. And at the right time, my family and I will reflect

Florida's GOP-dominated legislature passed the controversial 'Don't Say Gay Bill' Tuesday which forbids instruction on sexual orientation and gender identity in kindergarten through third grade. The move came despite heavy criticism from Democrats and backlash from students and LGBTQ advocates who organized walk outs and protests. The proposal, sponsored by Rep. Joe Harding, now moves to the desk of Governor Ron DeSantis, who is expected to sign it into law. Harding had voiced concerns that coming out as gay was becoming 'a trend' for children.

The Pentagon has poured cold water on Poland's offer to hand all its MiG-29 fighter jets to the US, apparently as part of an arrangement to deliver the warplanes to Ukraine's armed forces where they are desperately needed to fight off invading Russian forces. The idea has been floating around for more than a week after Ukraine pleaded for more aircraft but the plan has been dogged by questions about how to deliver the planes to Ukrainian territory without dragging NATO into the conflict. But Pentagon Press Secretary John F. Kirby said on Tuesday night the deal was unworkable and would cause serious concerns for the 'entire NATO alliance'.

We all know Joe Biden has trotted out his dead son, Beau Biden, to score political points when Afghanistan went balls-up. Joe invoking Beau had mostly been fine until he tried to compare his death from brain cancer to those who are killed in a terrorist bombing outside Kabul airport last August. It’s not the same, Joe. (Snip) Today, Biden shuffled to Fort Worth, Texas to speak about expanding health care access to veterans who were around these burn pits (via Fox4 KDFW):President Joe Biden has arrived in North Texas as he plans to talk with veterans and their caregivers (Snip) Yet, it’s what Biden said about Reps.

Whenever a leftist celebrity makes an idiotic statement, I wonder whether it’s just stupidity on their part or underlying evil machinations. I suspect it’s a combination of both. Certainly, these rich, spoiled ignoramuses have no clue as to how the world really works. Rising prices make nary a dent in their bottom line, so what do they know about economic hardship? However, there is most certainly an element of shadow forces dictating their thinking – and useful idiot pawns like late night hosts are the perfect vehicle for indoctrinating the masses.
Unfunny comedian Stephen Colbert is the poster child (and child is indeed the correct word for describing leftist rubes)

Fox News host Tucker Carlson sat down with the head of the taxpayer-funded Wisconsin election probe, Michael Gableman, on Monday to discuss rampant voter fraud that allegedly took place in the 2020 presidential election via nursing homes, bribery, and funds doled out by Facebook’s Mark Zuckerberg.“So, you learn a lot about what the people in charge care about by what they won’t allow you to say. And at the very top of the list of the things you’re not allowed to say… can literally get you silenced and censored for saying… is that there was voter fraud in the last election, but the fact is there was,

President Joe Biden’s impending agreement to restore the Iran nuclear deal offers the regime access to $90 billion in foreign currency reserves and sanctions relief to some of the world’s worst terrorists, according to a former State Department official.Gabriel Noronha, writing in Tablet magazine, says the deal does not restore President Barack Obama’s old Iran deal, a weak agreement from which President Donald Trump withdrew, but goes much further in giving Iran money and sanctions relief.“Multiple career officials view these capitulations as so detrimental to U.S. national security that they contacted me requesting that I rapidly share details of these concessions with Congress and the public
