We shouldn’t be surprised that Hillary Clinton would continue to double down in the face of a mushrooming scandal. This has always been her strategy in handling such situations, and heaven knows she’s had plenty of experience. Whitewater? Pfft! Nothing to see here. Travelgate? Just a vast right-wing conspiracy. Benghazi? What difference could it possibly make? Hillary has survived more scandals than perhaps any politician in history, so her current hubris might be somewhat expected. But the goings-on with the Durham Probe is different. Hillary’s current hot water isn’t like the other cauldrons she’s been in.

PF: The most intense of the culture war battles tend to be centered around schools, and for good reason. We, as parents, have sharp protective instincts, and nothing triggers them quite like schools trying to indoctrinate our kids. Many parents have only recently become concerned. When kids were kept out of school and forced to learn remotely, moms and dads were enlightened.
I saw people praising this piece on Twitter and wound up reading the entire thing. It offers a detailed and revealing first person perspective on how a teenage girl could go from mocking SJW’s to deciding that she was trans and needed to start living as a boy to be happy. Not surprisingly, one of the key drivers in this story was social media where as a young teen Helena discovered a fantasy world inhabited by unhappy teen girls just like herself. I developed an obsession with classic rock, and while searching the internet for photos of young Elvis Presley I found a website called Tumblr.

Former Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton finally broke her silence Wednesday over the latest bombshell allegations made in special counsel John Durham’s recent court filing.
"Trump & Fox are desperately spinning up a fake scandal to distract from his real ones," Clinton tweeted. “So it’s a day that ends in Y."
"The more his misdeeds are exposed, the more they lie," she continued.
“For those interested in reality, here's a good debunking of their latest nonsense,” she added, linking to a Vanity Fair story titled, “You’ll Never Believe It But Hillary Clinton Did Not, In Fact, Spy On Trump’s White House.”

There’s so much buffoonery that takes place here, there’s seldom a need to look outside of our own borders. But this week was the exception, with Canada’s Prime Minister – that prettiest of all political pretty boys – Justin Trudeau outdoing all his American knucklehead competition. The way in which Trudeau has thoroughly mishandled the Freedom Convoy protests has been remarkable to watch.

Two journalists working for the United Nations have been detained in Kabul, the global agency said in a tweet Friday — with reports of at least eight other Westerners also detained in the war-torn nation.

We had the incomparable Whoopi Goldberg putting her utter witlessness regarding issues of race on full display, which earned her a suspension from ABC/Disney; something which is extraordinarily difficult to accomplish for a hardcore leftist like Whoopi. In the end, however, we just couldn’t ignore the absolute stupidity of the venerable Brian Stelter of CNN, who completely trashed whatever credibility the all-but-dead network had left.
