A judge delivered a withering put down to Donald Trump's lawyer's claim that the former president was being unfairly targeted by New York Attorney General Tish James on Thursday, saying she had every right to go after him if 'he's just a bad guy.'At the end of the hearing, New York Supreme Court Judge Arthur Engoron ordered Trump and two of his adult children to testify as part of a probe into the family's business dealings. But his language, delivered during a testy back and forth, will be seized on by Trump supporters as evidence that the investigation is a 'witch hunt.'

This judge should be removed from the bench for prejudicial rulings. A judge should restrict their rulings to the law. I have no respect for this type of judicial system, which is what we have.

I'll leave the appropriate recourse to PDJT's lawyers, but the judge appears to have opened himself wide for action.

It amazes me how these judges have no judicial presence. Might as well be mafiosa scratching their privates under their gowns while they comment to an abused woman, "want some ice for dat?"

I don't understand the whole acounting firm thing. If they filed and signed ten years worth of "unreliable" financial documents are they not guilty of fraud as well? , and a myriad of other state and federal crimes Any financial accounting company worth its fees would not just blindly sign and file documents prepared by their client company, would they? Yet there is not a word about criminal investigation of the accounting firm. At the very least every other company that uses them should be seriously reconsidering whether or not they wish to continue with a firm capable of making such disasterous mistakes.

5, the only way the accounting firm could possibly escape is if they could claim they were given fraudulent books to work on for ten years. I have no idea why they quit or what they are claiming. I haven't followed the case. But anything other than being lied to by their client and fed false financials is entirely on their heads.

Trump as well as Rush Limbaugh claimed they were audited every year when they were in New York. If after being audited there was nothing to be found, what is this all about? If this is just another attempt to disgrace Trump and claim he's not eligible to run for office again, it should be thrown out, and everyone involved in bringing this suit should be audited and arrested. This is just another Russia scam.

Trump's attorneys should demand a new venue since the current one won't give him a fair trial.

Blatant judicial BIAS ! The case needs to be moved to a different location far from New York City.

Another liberal Democrat Judge in a highly politically charged Democrat brought case against Trump, so how would you expect this judge would decide in his part and comment?
Remember when Trump was living as a businessman’s life in New York City contributing to liberal Democrat causes, and paying off the corrupt Democrat politicians and unions, the New York Democrats had no problem In glamming on to as much of Trump’s money as possible. But once Trump ran for President as a Republican, the Democrats started using their so-called “law fare operation” to flood him with highly politically charged civil and criminal cases through courts where they knew that most of the cases they brought would have a great chance to be assigned to partisan liberal Democrat judges. The Democrats can’t stand it that Trump was a successful President, who donated his entire Presidential salary to good causes during his entire term as President; stopped his company the Trump Organization from negotiating any foreign deals when he was in office as the President, that no doubt cost Trump hundreds of millions of dollars through the many legitimate business deals that the Trump Organization could have closed during that four year period of time. Could you see the corrupt Biden Crew doing anything like that. What the Democrats are doing now is trying to harass Trump as much as possible, and costing him and the Trump Organization to shell out huge legal fees, thinking that they will be able to stop Trump from being able to run for President again in 2024.
Clearly a judge should not make comments such as calling a defendant or litigant a “bad guy” until after the person being tried is actually convicted of a criminal offense.

This entire prosecution is nothing more than a partisan witch hunt after 'orange man bad' (almost the judge's exact words), designed to distract the American public from the abject failure of the democrats on every policy issue.
If the media actually filed objective reports on the democrat failures in foreign policy, the domestic economy, jobs, inflation, energy, immigration, education, law enforcement, etc etc etc, even Schumer and Pelosi would be hiding themselves in shame.

So much for the presumption of innocence. The left ruins everything.
