Republicans are expressing fury over allegations Hillary Clinton operatives paid a contractor to spy on former President Donald Trump during his 2016 campaign and into his presidency. They are calling it the “biggest crime in U.S. history” while demanding “a total clean out of the political class in Washington.”Taking to social media, Republican lawmakers offered critical reactions, with Trump calling the scandal “worse than Watergate,” after Special Counsel John Durham filed a motion in federal court in Washington D.C. on Friday alleging Hillary Clinton’s political allies paid a contractor to spy on the former president — both as a candidate, and as president.

Hmmmmph. The GOP must surely be hurting for money if they're backing Trump. They've received too many empty begging envelopes with the words DROP DEAD in red scrawled across the contribution section. Bombshell this, outrage that. In the end, the GOP will do absolutely NOTHING.
Football. Lucy.

Make that SELECT GOP. I failed to detect comments of support from the Turtle, the Turtle's assistant, or the weasel from South Carolina.

Mitch appointed Fightin' Roy to a leadership position - - just because of moments like this. The time is right - - the conditions are perfect - - the man is prepared and ready! Here comes Fightin' Roy!!!

Are any of those that are suddenly all fired up about backing President Trump up for reelection this year? Those types know where their bread is buttered and will say ANYTHING to keep their phony-baloney jobs.

The Republicans should clean out DC, and that includes those that are paying for all this corruption, including Facebook, Soros, JP Morgan, Bank of America, Disney, Google, Apple, Amazon, and a long list of corporate CEO's.

Ya think? We have a cracked government so now the backstabbers are appalled. I just have to wonder why. BTW I hate trying to read an article with repeated tweets, the writers must be lazy slackers.

The biggest crime in political history is that Republican “leadership” Turtle McConnell and Gay Graham have said nothing about the Durham findings

If there are any Democrats left who are true patriots they should be outraged as well. Anybody?
Crickets.
And the same from the Mitch McConnell swamp denizens.

Anyone else finding the irony of Hildabeest being tied to a crime now called worse than Watergate? Remember how she as a young staff lawyer on that congressional investigation committee pushed for Nixon to be denied right of counsel? Anyone else think the history karma is preparing to bite her in the fanny?

Trump should have cleaned them out on the first day...send US Marshals into EVERY democrat head of any department and 'usher' (frog march) them out of the office, without a security pass, laptop, SD card, phone or notebook...finito....

The total clean out of the Washington political class will not be performed by either democrats or republicans. These are the people who make their own beds and sleep in them any time they like. The only thing they are good at is voting themselves raises, benefits and creating laws favorable to government. Where else can people on the inside buy stock based on decisions they will make? Where else is a four year term a guarantee of lifetime income and medical care? Where else can a lowly middle-school-brained bartender live better than 95% of the people in this country? Where else can foreigners who hate real Americans be given the power to insult us? If these elites are brought down to earth it will be by We the People and it will be a hard landing.

Hard to argue Russiagate is the biggest crime in U.S. history, when the Anthropogenic Global Warming hoax is still wreaking havoc, and the Big Steal happened just the following election.

OK, so we fire McConnell, and McCarthy, and get rid of all the NeverTrump "Republican" Senators and Congresscritters......that leaves about two or three Senators and a couple of dozen Congresscritters.....are they willing to get rid of 3/4 or more of their "good GOP politicians"?
Sorry, not buying it. How many of the backstabbers in DC that were INSIDE the Trump government were "good Republicans" who did everything they could to cooperate with these corrupt investigations and to harm Trump and stop his initiatives? LOTS of them.
