Inside McConnell's Campaign to Take Back
the Senate and Thwart Trump

For more than a year, former President Donald Trump has berated Gov. Doug Ducey of Arizona, savaging him for refusing to overturn the state’s presidential results and vowing to oppose him should he run for the Senate this year. In early December, though, Ducey received a far friendlier message from another former Republican president. At a golf tournament luncheon, George W. Bush encouraged him to run against Sen. Mark Kelly, a Democrat, suggesting the Republican Party needs more figures like Ducey to step forward. “It’s something you have to feel a certain sense of humility about,” the governor said this month of Bush’s appeal. “You listen respectfully, and that’s what I did.”

If the Republicans take back the Senate, it will have nothing to do with the efforts of McConnell, and everything to do with Trump supporters.

Once again the leftist media misrepresents the facts about the 2020 "election." Trump did not demand that the results of the election be "overturned." He asked for only the legally cast votes to be counted and the fraudulent votes to be disqualified. The RINO governor of AZ sided with leftist Dimocrats to install the hand puppet Joe Biden in office.

The Turtle is also a Deep Stater, and a member of the UniParty. He's associated to the CCP through the Formost Group which has close ties to the China State Shipbuilding Company. The Turtle has consistently been soft on the Chicoms. He hates 45 and the MAGAts. He is not our friend. He is beholding only to himself, his wife and their wealth.

It appears that the old time republicans, McConnell, Collins, Bush, etc., fear that Trump will continue to upset the apple cart of republican go-along-to-get-along mediocrity. They don't like newcomer Trump's great economy, increased jobs and wages, controlled border, law and order, strong foreign policy, strong military, etc. But the people liked it!

As I write, Canadian police, many dressed in military garb and supported by armored vehicles and snipers(!), are moving in to enforce several court orders and demands of Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, Ontario Premier Doug Ford, and others that the “Freedom Convoy” of Canadian truckers stop blocking the Ambassador Bridge, the major artery between the United States and Canada, and disperse. Some of the protestors are leaving while many others are standing their ground. Will the heavy hand of the state succeed in crushing the protest? In the short term, perhaps.

Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign paid an internet company to “infiltrate” servers at Trump Tower and the White House in order to link Donald Trump to Russia, a bombshell new legal filing alleges. The Friday filing from a Department of Justice prosecutor tasked with investigating the origins of the FBI’s Russian probe served to throw cold water on Democrats’ longstanding allegations of collusion. Special Counsel John Durham filed a motion related to potential conflicts of interests in connection with the case of Clinton campaign lawyer Michael Sussmann, who is charged with lying to the feds

Most of the focus on government policy during the COVID-19 pandemic has focused on the various steps—and often missteps—of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Lawmakers continue to work on a fix for the cattle markets with growing frustration in the country. South Dakota Senator John Thune says its understandable cattle producers would be upset with the recent news of JBS striking a $52.5 million settlement on beef price fixing when the Justice Department hasn’t released any information or conclusions on their ongoing investigations. He says he regularly pushes DOJ to get some conclusion to their pending probes because producers need some action. Thune hasn’t decided yet if he will support the Grassley Fischer compromise bill because he has concerns about the negotiated cash cattle mandates taking a marketing option off the table for some producers.

Kirby had lots of details: “We believe that Russia would produce a very graphic propaganda video, which would include corpses and actors that would be depicting mourners, and images of destroyed locations, as well as military equipment,

Most “either/or” questions are designed to make you choose, but sometimes the correct answer is “both.” When dealing with someone like President Joe Biden, it’s not always possible to know the answer to a simple question: is this man stupid, or is he just a liar? There is ample evidence of both, almost always, but the exact tilt of a scale and in which direction it points for the majority is not always clear. As such, you are sometimes left wondering which it is, but there is little doubt it is at least one and usually some combination of both. So what has me asking this?
