Homeless man slits woman’s throat after
she let him into her home for bath: cops

A homeless man in Utah allegedly slit a woman’s throat after she let him into her home to shower, cops said. Officers responded to a call of a woman heavily bleeding from the neck around 5 p.m. last Sunday at her home in Salt Lake City, according to cops. She was transported to a local hospital in critical condition and underwent emergency surgery. Her condition was later upgraded to stable, but her current condition is unknown, cops said. The woman told investigators she let the man, later identified by police as 30-year-old Eric Jones, into her home to bathe. Jones was located by city police around 1 a.m.

Comments:

The unhoused are just like everyone else, except they do not have homes.

The apartment unit they keep showing has a Gay Pride flag flying. Maybe they'll turn this into a bias incident to distract people from wondering why crazies are allowed on the streets.

They ask the public to give them information, but they don't give any description of the perp except for ''homeless''. Even if he recently bathed if he put on his same filthy clothes then he'd still smell like stale urine and B.O. Maybe the woman who was attacked was Swan from MadTV and her description was; ''He was a man...and he look like a man.''

OK, in a later article it says they caught the suspect and it is Eric Jones. There was an Eric Jones in nearby Taylorsville, Utah that intentionally scalded his toddler son in a bathtub with boiling water and was sentenced to 5 years back in 2009. Wonder if it is the same specimen.

Back in the 50’s our houses were next to the railroad tracks. We had a lot of hoboes travel up and down. One asked our neighbor lady for a sandwich. She decided to also invite him to use the tub. While the man was washing himself, her husband came home from work. All hell broke loose as the tramp was chased out of the house holding his clothes. The husband burned his wife’s ears for being so stupid and careless. Later on, we found she had mental problems. I figure the same for this woman who invited this animal into her apartment.

People who take the illicit party drug 'speed' are five times more likely to suffer from psychosis at some point in their life, a study suggests. The amphetamine—which is popular in rave culture—was also linked to an increased risk of a host of other mental health conditions, including depression. Researchers looked at medical records and surveys of more than 250,000 people in Taiwan over a 10-year period. People who said they used speed were five times more likely to experience paranoia, voices and hallucinations compared to people who had never tried the drug. Users were also five times more likely to be depressed and three times more

Dog owners face £1,000 fines if they take pets for walks near roads or cycle paths with leads longer than three feet. From the end of March, people whose dog leads are too long face on-the-spot fines of £100 or prosecution. The policy from a Devon council does not apply in parks or on beaches. Dog owners should also use a fixed-type lead when they are out strolling. The move is a new extension of a public space protection order (PSPO) introduced by Teignbridge District Council in 2019. This was to 'reduce irresponsible dog ownership and make the area cleaner and greener'.

A startling number of New Yorkers have dropped dead in subway trains and stations this year—and accounts from police and transit workers suggest the bulk of them were homeless people who turned to mass transit for shelter. Six people without IDs have been found dead in the subway so far in 2022, a Daily News analysis of police records show. At least five other people who died in the subways this year—including one from an apparent drug overdose—were not believed to be homeless, cops said. That’s a significant uptick, MTA data show. Two people were found dead on subway trains or platforms between Jan. 1 and mid-February

Most “either/or” questions are designed to make you choose, but sometimes the correct answer is “both.” When dealing with someone like President Joe Biden, it’s not always possible to know the answer to a simple question: is this man stupid, or is he just a liar? There is ample evidence of both, almost always, but the exact tilt of a scale and in which direction it points for the majority is not always clear. As such, you are sometimes left wondering which it is, but there is little doubt it is at least one and usually some combination of both. So what has me asking this?
