Report: School Allegedly Makes List of
'Insubordinate' Parents to 'Watch'

On Tuesday night, radio host Monica Matthews of Clear Talk Media tweeted a communication allegedly between two officials at The Lovett School — a prestigious private K-12 school in Atlanta. It immediately got a lot of attention on Twitter and raised a lot of eyebrows. It’s easy to see why. The communication purports to be between two officials at the school and says it is a “preliminary list” of many parents who have been deemed “insubordinate.” One staffer wrote that she was “disgusted by some of these parents” and talked about the “need to prioritize our efforts as some have too much influence.” Our watch list-to keep hard copy only? Confirm!”

Dealing with the public has never been easy and I’m sure that has included the parent teacher relationship. And the school parent relationship. I don’t think that the teachers/school seizing the upper hand through coercive force is going to be good for anybody.

The public, the parents CANNOT be 'insubordinate' to a school board, it is impossible. "Subordinate" means under the control of some superior power. The school board has NO POWERS over those parents, the parents are never subordinate, so cannot be "insubordinate'. These school board members need to be hounded from office and replaced by school board members who understand that THEY are subordinate to the parents.

"Insubordinate" necessarily requires the parents to be subordinate to the school officials. That's all you need to know about their mind set. No honey, you work for the parents.

Wait. This is a private school. Those parents are what are otherwise known as "customers." There certainly are other "prestigious private K-12 school"s in the greater Atlanta area.

I didn't understand that this may be a private school. Even MORE crazy. In the private case, parents are CUSTOMERS and should be the people that the BUSINESS is seeking to please. These folks need to be fired by whoever is responsible for this school to stay solvent. This attitude is what drives away paying CUSTOMERS and leaves a business running on empty, eventually CLOSED.

"Ordinate vs Subordinate"...cannot tell which one you are? Which side of the checks do you sign...the Front or the Back? IF you sign the back? It is you that is subordinate to those that sign the front. IF you want to keep signing the backs of those checks, ya better do what the people that sign the front WANT.

I'm sorry. Please define "insubordinate parent". Since when are parents considered to be "subordinate" to a school board? Someone needs to explain to these morons that they have absolutely no authority over the raising of children. Put them all in jail. The law is on the parents side.

The Reuters news agency has exposed one small corner of the federal government’s extraction of debt-trapped child workers from poor countries for use in low-wage, low-tech, dangerous workplaces. From Enterprise, Alabama, the news agency reported on a teenager who was delivered by federal officials to an Alabama home close to a chicken processing company: At age 16, when most kids in the United States are halfway through high school, Amelia Domingo found herself working on chicken processing machines in this farm town and deep in debt to loan sharks in her native Guatemala.

Sometimes, the best thing a politician can do is to put the shovel down when they are caught in a compromising position. Stacey Abrams must not be aware of that adage. As RedState reported previously, Abrams decided it’d be a great idea to post a picture of herself maskless while surrounded by masked children. The issue with that is obvious. Children are at less risk from COVID-19 than fully vaccinated and boosted adults. Because of that, other countries long ago stopped masking young children, if they ever did, because it’s such a pointless, ineffective, and damaging practice. That makes it especially egregious when some politician ditches the mask at a school,

A California city has approved a law forcing gun owners to have insurance and pay an annual $25 fee. “Certainly, the Second Amendment protects every citizen’s right to own a gun. It does not require taxpayers to subsidize that right,” Democratic San Jose Mayor Sam Liccardo said, according to CNN. Gun owners are also required under the law to have insurance. The law, which received its first approval in January, will need approval on a second reading this month before it can go on the books, taking effect in August. Even before the second reading, a lawsuit has been filed to block the process.

It’s to the point of absurdity, the ways in which the leftist media tries to destroy Republicans. While senators and congressmen definitely have targets on their backs from the press, governors are where the majority of their fire not directed at anyone named Trump has been trained. It makes sense that those Governors would be targets, Texas and Florida are huge states, and Noem is a smart, attractive, conservative woman.
