Homelessness in San Francisco is now so
bad residents are being asked to house
a homeless person in their OWN HOMES:
Politicians and charities claim locals
want to be part of the solution

Homelessness in the Bay Area has become such a problem people are being urged to give their spare rooms over to the homeless. Some charities have urged local families—who are sick of seeing the homeless crisis on their doorsteps—to do something about it personally by taking unhoused people into their own homes and spare rooms—and some schemes have little to no compensation.(Snip)'This is something that someone can do when they just feel that despair of 'oh my gosh, I just can't stand seeing these poor people on the streets near my home.' Since 2017, the group has made more than 60 placements.

Kamala’s all about “root causes”, right? Well the root causes of most homelessness are mental illness and drug addiction. The leftists keep telling us it’s a housing shortage and throwing money at various housing “solutions”. Not surprisingly, the money doesn’t fix the problem. The question is, do these leftists really believe their own narrative, or are they just cruelly using the homeless to leverage their agenda to destroy western civilization?

Sadly, given how many braindead lie-berals live in San Fornication, I wouldn't be shocked to find out that a lot of them actually do take in a homeless person. Of course, I won't be surprised either when these braindead lie-berals discover that these homeless people steal from them, sexually assault them and their children, have terrible sanitary standards, abuse drugs, and just do what nasty homeless people in lie-beral mecca's always do. And they will be shocked (shocked I tell you) to find their kids playing with AIDS-infected syringes that their homeless "guest" left lying around. And I'm guessing they will eventually stop feeling guilty for getting upset as they have to clean up all the vomit and blood that their homeless "guest" threw up when he overdosed on crack -- again!!! Who knows, that may be what it takes to turn a few of them into conservatives!!!

When you embrace vagrancy and drug abuse, this is where you find yourself. Until these sanctimonious fools understand that the mentally ill and drug abusers do not need to be coddled, this kind of madness will continue. These fools do not understand that drugs are mind altering substances. The people who are addicted are incapable of having what we would consider to be a normal life. Drugs will always define and motivate their every move. They will do what they have to do to procure whatever drug they want. To bring these vagrants into your home with the hope that your kindness can rehabilitate them is, naive and dangerous. Unfortunately, these leftists are crazy as loons to believe that more of the same is going to work. Enabling a drug addict never works. What they have done to the streets, they will do to your homes. It is their nature. This virtue signaling nonsense will get people killed.

This homeless problem, at least the part related to mental illness, can be directly tied to the laps of the ACLU and Jimmy Carter. The ACLU, feeling it is more dignified for the mentally ill to be living on the streets instead of housed in a facility where they are actually helped, got the whole system taken apart and pretty much destroyed. Now they blame parents for their adult children who have mental problems and wind up committing crimes. Well guess what? Those parents and the cops are pretty much prevented from doing anything useful, all thanks to the efforts of the ACLU back in the late 60's right up through Carter's administration. Most parents aren't ignoring the problems the mentally ill cause, they are prevented by laws from actually doing so. Because the cops cannot do anything unless the person hurts somebody.

The IRS cost the government more than $400 million over the last three years because it didn’t bother to fix broken mail machines, the agency’s inspector general said in a new report Thursday. The machines are supposed to automatically identify which envelopes contain payments to Uncle Sam, so they can be quickly processed and deposited. But the 20-year-old machines are in such disrepair that they kept missing envelopes with remitted payments. Employees shut them off and resorted to looking for payments by hand—a much slower process. The delays meant checks were deposited more slowly, costing the government hundreds of millions of dollars in lost interest payments, the inspector
