North Las Vegas police have released a dozen harrowing 911 calls from last week's deadly six-car pileup that killed nine people, including a family of seven with four children. 'There's bodies everywhere. Adults and children. Come fast,' one horrified onlooker told an emergency dispatcher shortly after the collision on Commerce Avenue in Las Vegas last Saturday. 'Oh my God. My God! Get down, it’s a kid, it’s a kid, Don’t look!' another 911 caller said in Spanish.(Snip)Police said the horror crash was caused by Gary Robinson, 59, a career criminal with a lengthy history of speeding charges, who blew through a red light at 100mph and smashed

Maybe bi.dim can claim that he killed some terrorists. Women and children hardest hit, to quote McArdle.

Except much more of the same until society decides to do something about career criminals out on the street and illegal immigration. Democrats have opened to doors to both.

When is someone going to say the quiet part out loud. How many of these perpetrators (repeat offenders with rap sheets a mile long) black? What is the per capita percentage of crime committed by these career criminals?

We’ve had a history of poor parenting over the last 50 years or so. More recently we have terrible DA’s and terrible judges. This is the ‘root cause’ of the senseless mayhem we have today.

Career criminals belong in prison for LIFE. As in, until they are dead. I always thought that the 'three strikes' laws were a great idea. Do three felonies....stay in prison forever. Still would save a lot of money and lives.

This is such a tragedy. When I was a kid a family of 6 was visiting relatives in our area and they were hit head on by a drunk driver. Everyone was killed...except the drunk.
The TV news and the local papers ran everything about the accident with personal stories and pictures. The kids were the same ages as my sister's and I. That story has haunted me all these years. I still think about it and always say a prayer when I pass the site. So many lives were effected. Family, friends, witnesses, police and fire on the scene, were never the same. I pledged at the time to never drink alcohol and drive. I never have. I've never blown a stop sign ever, never mind at 100mph.
Why is this happening? Why are these criminals free? How does this make anything fair? How is this "equitable"? I know what they are saying but it's insane. Then that awful Psaki rolling her eyes because that "nutty" Jeanine Pirro was highlighting the rise in crime.
I don't wish harm to anyone but maybe if a few of these protected "policy makers" were touched by this violence, a direct result of lenient policies. Would that wake them up?

Everyone is still sick about this. When I first heard about it, the news was concentrating on the poor victims and there was hardly a mention about the evil person who did this. I turned out to be right about this animal who had received about his 8th speeding/DUI ticket 8 or 9 days earlier. The poor surviving mother of these six children has received around $300,000 in a go fund me account. The one positive is the one who murdered these poor innocents died in the crashed. Too bad he didn’t kill only himself 8 days earlier.

Well at least career Democrat Gary Dean Robinson can no longer prey on civilization. Why these people are ever allowed out of prison is a crime against humanity. It's past time to start locking up the people who put these animals back on the street.

#11--They are in a bubble where the real stuff in life never, ever touches them. They have no feelings for senseless losses such as this.

A Black man runs down as many white people he can hit at once and the headline calls him out for 'speeding'. Sure.

A 3-Strike Loser Law would have removed that scurn from society long before this could occur. Career criminals need to be taken out of the "game"of life.

The career felon looks stoned out of his gourd in that photo. Too bad that he didn’t commit automobile suicide by hitting a telephone pole.
I think part of the problem is that so many people today have a sense of self-entitlement which tells them that they don’t have to obey driving laws. I can’t remember the last time I was out in my car running errands and didn’t see at least 3 cars run red lights. On one occasion I had been sitting at a red light in the right lane for about 30 seconds when a car blew by me in the left land going at least 20 miles over the limit. He was lucky that there was no one in his way or the ensuing accident would probably have looked a lot like this one.

I agree with #7s sentiments, except that the root cause of our societal collapse are hiding in plain site in academia. From K to Phd.
