A recent convert to Mormonism, she most likely was extremely fervent in the faith. She flew there to convert the guy. Bad move. Especially if he was figuring to have some fun in the sheets, only to find out she wasn’t going to join him. That’s my theory. She ignored all the red flags flapping in her face.

As #3 said--she made a very bad choice. I see a young girl who had a good heart and who wanted to share her faith but she was gullible and naive in the way she chose to do it. Unfortunately her naivety had seriously bad consequences for her. Condolences to her family.

Did no one in her family try to talk her out of flying to another country to visit her "online" boyfriend? The article mentions an aunt and a stepmother, did they and her parents approve of foolish trip? Or is this the norm now, 19 year olds flying to foreign countries for a date with a stranger?

Not a black eye, it's a tattoo...I cannot thing of a single person with facial tattoos that isn't sketchy, it is an outward announcement of LOUSY Judgement and a lack of self/impulse control.

I must admit that I was very wrong about Biden. I thought he'd be out of office by June 2021 at the latest. Instead, technically speaking, he's still in office. But looking at a recent, very disturbing little video of Joe Biden being gently led away from the podium by his caretaker/wife, Mrs. Joe Biden, one has to wonder what kind of an empty shell of a man is helming what long was the most powerful nation in the world.

Senior royals are said to be exerting pressure on him to pay off Ms Roberts to avoid corroding his mother's Platinum Jubilee, fearing a trial could be 'many times worse' than his car crash BBC Newsnight interview.

A new super-mutant HIV strain that makes infected individuals ill twice as fast as current versions of the virus has been detected in the Netherlands. The new mutant—called the VB variant—has infected at least 109 people, according to a study by Oxford University. The strain damages the immune system and weakens a person's ability to fight everyday infections and disease faster than previous versions of the virus. It means those who catch this strain could develop AIDS more quickly. The VB variant also has a viral load between 3.5 and 5.5 times higher than the current strain, meaning infected people are more likely to transmit the virus
