The crossword puzzle was the only good thing about what's now the Gay Red Lady, last time I looked (well over a decade ago), so whereas some local newspapers sell print copies of the Sunday paper so people can get grocery coupons, it makes sense for these clowns to add another puzzle.

Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell countered former President Donald Trump on Tuesday saying those charged with crimes for the January 6 Capitol attack shouldn't have their sentences shortened. 'What we saw here on January the 6th was an effort to prevent the peaceful transfer of power from one administration to the other, which had never happened before in our country,' McConnell said at a press conference with GOP leaders. 'My view is I would not be in favor of shortening any of the sentences for any of the people who pleaded guilty to crimes.'

It is still unknown how much fraud was carried out in the 2020 election. But the narrative needs to end that the answer is “none.”Despite the widespread blanket denials from the mainstream media, surveillance video has bubbled up showing that ‘mules’ illicitly dumped ballots into Zuckerberg “drop boxes.”The film contains startling video evidence of “2,000 mules” dropping off what appears to be thousands of illicit ballots into the drop boxes. The details of how the evidence was gathered is recounted by researcher Kanekoa on his Substack page. “This week surveillance footage emerged of an illegal ballot harvesting operation that took place during the 2020 election,” the article notes.

Thousands of daycare workers in Washington, D.C., are set to receive checks of at least $10,000 after the city council passed a measure reallocating tax dollars from the richest residents to those who work in childcare. The Council of the District Columbia on Tuesday voted unanimously to disburse the funds, available to any eligible childcare worker who applies for it. Workers will receive personal checks anywhere between $10,000 to $14,000, depending on their current position. The one-time payment is the first step toward raising childcare workers’ salaries, as city officials argue they are underpaid.

The gap is actually decades wider because, as readers in the USSR and the Soviet Bloc understood, 1984 was all about 1948, and Orwell was on record that the book was anti-Stalin. The Stalinist conditions of 1948 are now going on, big time, in the United States of America. Under Ingsoc, English Socialism, war is peace, freedom is slavery, and ignorance is strength. As Winston Smith observes, only the Thought Police are efficient. The subjects of Oceania must not only follow Party orthodoxy but show the requisite level of enthusiasm, lest the Thought Police arrest them for facecrime or ownlife, living in any way at odds with Party orthodoxy.
