T-Mobile to Fire Corporate Staff Who Don’t

T-Mobile US Inc. will fire corporate employees who are not fully vaccinated against Covid-19 by April 2, according to a memo to staff obtained by Bloomberg News. In the email to U.S. employees, the wireless carrier’s human resources chief also said that office employees who haven’t received the first dose of a vaccine by Feb. 21 will be placed on unpaid leave. The policy applies to all employees who need “regular or occasional” access to T-Mobile’s offices, which the company says includes almost all staff.(Snip)The vaccine rules and decision to terminate unvaccinated employees won’t apply to field technicians and most in-store retail roles,

Comments:

Americans are free to accept any number of doses of a perfectly ineffective vaccine that can trigger unknown long-term side effects, or to find a new job in their field, which often entails relocating to another city, selling and buying houses, making the kids change schools, forcing spouses to find new employment whoever they wind up, and moving away from family and friends. To the fascist HR person, changing terms of employment to now include body modification is a "deeply personal decision" that employees must now make. How is in any way acceptable?

Sue them for HIPPA violations and wrongful termination. Make these Woke businesses sell their business to their employees to pay the fines and penalties.

We've had enough. Covid has made many people extremely wealthy. But in the meantime, the shot has murdered many and maimed many. Who knows what the shot will do in the body in a few years. Time to start suing the employers, including the biden for making the mandate.

Notice the logic, which shows how much they care. In-office corporate staff must be vaxxed to stop the spread of the lethal 'rona, never mind that the shots do not prevent the spread (to the contrary, some say), but field techs and retail store employees are exempt from the mandate. Is T-Mobile OK with having its customers exposed to 'rona by these non-vaxxed employees, or in their cynicism do they know that these lower-tier employees will simply quit, with no replacements available?

Sounds to me like T-Mobile is just reinforcing their image as a horrible place to work. They have been awful for a very long time. I used to know some former employees of this company and they loathe T-Mobile. They also have a lousy customer service record as well. Now maybe somebody should tell those HR folks they cannot get an abortion and watch the fur fly. Hey, if I cannot choose for my own body regarding this poison, you abortionists shouldn't be able to kill that baby either.

I got a Sprint phone many years ago because I had numerous friends who worked there, including their VP of Technology, a close personal friend. Now Sprint is gone, taken over by T-Mobile bozos, and I still have their phone. I've looked into Verizon and AT&T and asked customers if they had better customer service or anything that they liked.....all warned me that "their carrier" was a rotten, no-good, money grubbing, bad customer service, horrible big corporation, and to NOT get "their service"....both Verizon and ATT&T. So, I stay where I am. Three rotten phone companies, all giving terrible customer service.

"Unpaid leave" is a dodge to lay off employees but because they can say to the state that this was 'for cause' (they were required to be clot shotted), the employees won't be eligible for unemployment. Many other companies including your leading healthcare companies are using this to bring to heel the remaining employees and to replace the 'unpaid leave' employees with lower paid folks or to eliminate their position.

It's wrong to fire someone for color or religion. Wrong to fire a woman (yes, woman) for getting pregnant. It should be wrong to fire someone for making a personal health decision.

Seattle—In response to rising crime and other safety issues, a downtown Seattle group has hired private security guards to do the work police officers aren’t able to do amid SPD’s staffing crisis. Those guards will help protect Third Avenue between Stewart and Union streets, according to the Downtown Seattle Association. Businesses and locals are claiming this extra security is needed along that stretch of downtown that's overrun by the homeless and drugs. “Tourists, don’t go there. Don’t walk on Third Avenue. It’s not safe,” Victrola Coffee Manager Alexa Baehr stated. She’s urging people to stay away from the same street where she manages the coffee business.

None of the California leaders or Johnson were wearing masks in the photos. California implemented a universal indoor mask mandate in December that was extended to run through Feb. 15.
