In 2003, then-President George W. Bush nominated Janice Rogers Brown, an associate justice on the California Supreme Court to serve as a Judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit. She was the first black woman nominated for the federal bench. (snip) But Joe Biden, champion of civil rights and the president who has gloried in naming the first minorities to several positions in his administration, filibustered against her nomination and voted twice against her. When Biden had the chance to vote for a black woman, he declined.

But she was a conservative black woman, so she didn't count. To lie-berals, she was just one of those "Uncle Tom" women kowtowing to her "white masters". Since she was clearly a traitor to her race, it was OK for Lyin' Joe biden to oppose her. Yes, that is exactly how lie-beral "logic" works. If in doubt, do a search for the discussion on "The View" today about Justices Barrett and Thomas ...

If you criticize a Black person YOU are a Racist..... unless they are a conservative like Justice Thomas. If you criticize a Woman YOU are a Sexist..... unless they are a conservative like Sarah Palin If you criticize a Homosexual YOU are a 'Homophobe'...... unless they are a conservative like Ric Grennell. It just goes to show that all this 'Race' and 'Gender' squabble is nothing but camouflage. What is important to the Left and the Media (but I repeat myself) is that the person BE a SCREAMING LEFTIST. All the rest is just...... noise. As for The HairSniffer..... he's nothing more than a Hand Puppet, and a not very good one at that. Who is really in charge, I don't know..... I'm just a regular guy in flyover country. But my money is on OBummer, ValJar, Soros.... and the ChiComs holding the puppet strings for all of them. So is the game to put Heels-Up Harris on the SCOTUS? Then the HildeBeast in the VP slot? If so, Ol' Joe better watch his back. The ArkanCide boys are still on speed-dial on a certain 'phone. I did note, a few months ago when the Media was giving Cuomo 'The Treatment'....multiple accusers of sexual misconduct (that oddly enough was overlooked by that same Media for a very long time) that it was a rather obvious operation to 'dirty up' Cuomo and knock him out of contention for the Democ'RAT presidential primaries. This in turn was because the 'Rats have selected their candidate, and they want Cuomo -who has name recognition and would probably be a stronger candidate than their Chosen One- Out of the Way. So.... who will it be? The HildeBeast? Let's just recognize who this person is.....RASPUTIN Reborn!

A Pennsylvania state court on Friday struck down the law allowing any voter to cast a ballot by mail, handing a victory to Republican lawmakers who sought to curtail the practice amid former President Donald Trump’s attacks on mail voting. A panel of judges from Pennsylvania’s commonwealth court ruled that Act 77 — which passed out of the state legislature with bipartisan support and was signed by Democratic Gov. Tom Wolf in 2019 — violated the state constitution. The state is expected to appeal the ruling to the state Supreme Court, which turned back other challenges to the law in 2020 and has a generally liberal bent.

With the retirement of Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer, President Joe Biden was immediately challenged by Democrats to make good on his pledge during the 2020 presidential campaign to only consider black females for his first vacancy on the Court. When he made that pledge, some of us raised concerns that he was adopting a threshold racial and gender qualification for the Court. That claims were immediately challenged by liberal commentators and their authority was somewhat surprising: Ronald Reagan. They insisted that Ronald Reagan made the same pledge to only consider a woman for his first vacancy. The claim is false

"The rest of the world, at least on the progressive side in the United States, became increasingly cult-like and insular in its thinking, since March of 2020.” At that time, “lifelong critical thinkers, journalists, editors, researchers, doctors, philanthropists, teachers, psychologists—all began to repeat only talking points from MSNBC and CNN, and soon overtly refused to look at any sources—even peer-reviewed sources in medical journals—even CDC data—that contradicted those talking points.” (Emphasis in the original.) For those wondering why Joe Biden is soft on China, consider this never-before-reported revelation: the Biden family has done five deals in China totaling some $31 million arranged by individuals with direct ties to Chinese intelligence — some reaching the very top of China’s spy agency. Indeed, every known deal that the Biden family enjoyed with Beijing was reached courtesy of individuals with spy ties. And Joe Biden personally benefitted from his family’s foreign deals. What are these deals? And who are the individuals who made them happen for the Bidens?
