Economic growth in the United States slowed sharply in the first weeks of the year due to supply chain disruptions, high prices, and labor shortages linked to the surge in Covid-19 infections, according to data from a purchasing managers survey released Monday.
The U.S. IHS Markit flash composite purchasing managers index, one of the first comprehensive looks at economic growth this year, fell to 50.8 in January from 57.0 in December, severely undershooting expectations and signaling almost no growth in the economy. Economists had forecast a reading of 56.7.
“Soaring virus cases have brought the U.S. economy to a near standstill at the start of the year,

But Biden his administration, and the media continue to claim the best economy ever....if you're living behind the Iron Curtain 60s & 70s.

We have a customer whos fire system went down. The parts are on backorder until at least March 31. Two years ago, we could have had the parts same day.
I've never seen anything like this in my lifetime.

Wars are the traditional method for Elites to cull inconvenient excess populations. Economies are destroyed to cull inconvenient excess ideas.
To the Elites, America was like the population of a farm, where the animals escaped their control and became feral. They've been working hard, for centuries, to 'deal' with us.

Thanks Diaper Joe! Hey Diaper Joe... Why don't you appoint Donald Trump as President... You know, somebody that had no experience yet was able to get more things done in a year while fighting the evil media, the Rino's, the D-RATs, etc. More done than YOU have been able to do in a lifetime of being a corrupt politician that has done nothing but enrich yourself and your corrupt family. Yes... I hate you.

Funny thing - - none of these things happened when President Trump was in office.
Just a coincidence - - I guess.

Either they are exaggerating or things are worse in the big cities than out here in flyover country or else we are patient enough to forego buying caviar until the truck comes in tomorrow. All of our big businesses have been working on the "just in time" supply chain delivery method, which is good but all hell breaks loose if there are interruptions. Some of the big auto industry plants get timed deliveries twice a day or more. You must be patient now that Brandon and Mama Pete have screwed it all up, like many tropical island economies, when they are out of stock on something, "it's commin in onna boat."

When the shelves at the grocery stores are completely bare, Propaganda Psaki will say the empty shelves are "for your good." After all, Americans are fat, need to lose weight, and what better way to lose weight than to starve?

FJB you have fixed everything really good, really, really good. Nothing is working. NADA. Take a bow, FJB, take a bow. It only took you a year. Three years left to completely fix everything permanently. God help us.

An administration, or rather a cabal, our American Politburo, where not one person, from Obama/Biden/Jarrett/Klain, throughout the Cabinet, and down through the various departments, have no, none, zip, nada, real-world, hands-on experience doing anything. No clue as to how anything actually happens and gets accomplished at street level.

All these problems are the result of government policy. The problems will not end until those policies are changed, and indeed with all the war clamoring by the Biden administration, things will get a lot worse.
