Mandatory vaccines for NHS staff could be pushed back by half a year, it was revealed last night, following nationwide protests over the requirement and amid demands by Tory backbenchers to drop the rule entirely. Boris Johnson is said to be considering 'kicking it down the road' to avoid another potentially humiliating Tory revolt, reported the Telegraph. It comes just two weeks before medical workers will be required to prove their vaccination status—with February 3 marking the last day they can book in for a jab.(Snip)Despite the threats to their career and several booster campaigns, more than 80,000 NHS staff–six per cent of the workforce–remain unvaccinated.

Ditch the mandates immediately given that the lucrative shots don't work and wear off after a few months, but feature dangerous side effects? Too radical an idea for the political set, which does not care at all about the people but lusts for power over them.

Everyone who is paying close attention knows that 1) these mRNA shots do NOT prevent infection or transmission and 2) the shots may kill or maim you in the short run, unknown in the long run.

Proof is starting to surface that the shots actually make you more susceptible to the virus. It does not prevent you from catching it. My bet is, this is the only way that Big Pharma and Biden can keep this virus alive.

Please oh please let this happen here and faster. The ludicrous stand some of these hospitals are taking, firing for not taking the jab, then oopsie we need staff. So instead of hiring back the fired, they let the infected staff tend to patients. I don't care if they are in a hazmat suit, I would not want a covid positive working on me if I were a patient.

Americans in Ukraine will be on their own if Russia invades so the U.S. government is advising them to take the earliest commercial flight possible out of the country. On Sunday, State Department officials said they didn’t know if Russian President Vladimir Putin has made the decision to send tanks across the border but insisted such a move could come “at any time.” “The U.S. government will not be in a position to evacuate American citizens in such a contingency,” a senior State Department official told reporters in a briefing. “Russian military action anywhere in Ukraine will severely impact the U.S. embassy’s ability to provide consular assistance.”

The NYPD reported 461 felony assaults in the subway system last year—a disturbing rate not seen since 1997, according to data released ahead of Monday’s MTA board meetings. Eight homicides also occurred in the transit system in 2021, the highest since such statistics started being tracked in 1997. The troubling subterranean trend is despite a decline in crime at the year’s end. In December, there were 194 total major felonies—down from 235 in November, the NYPD said.(Snip)Overall, cops reported 2.46 crimes per million riders—well above both the 1.47 crimes per million riders reported in all of 2019 and comparatively lower figures from just this past summer.

An Israel-bound United Airlines plane that departed from Newark, New Jersey reversed course 90 minutes after takeoff after two economy-level passengers who moved into business class started a riot, reports say. The half-empty flight had not yet reached the Canadian border January 20 when the unidentified Israeli nationals upgraded their seats and refused to show flight attendants their tickets, according to the The Jerusalem Post. Fellow passenger Roi Lotan said a 'riot' started when the duo refused to comply with the flight crew's directive en route to Tel Aviv. 'The flight was half empty and there was room, so they probably just said to themselves "why not?"

Moscow plans to force out Ukraine‘s political leaders and install a pro-Russian puppet regime in Kyiv, British officials said over the weekend, as the West desperately tries to stave off war in eastern Europe at a moment when Russian action against its neighbor seems all but inevitable. The allegations from Britain’s Foreign Office late Saturday—which were reinforced by Secretary of State Antony Blinken but fiercely denied by the Kremlin—added even more fuel to an already combustible stand-off along the Russia-Ukraine border. They also put renewed pressure on the Biden administration, which is facing growing criticism at home for its refusal to unleash massive economic sanctions

Manhattan’s leading elected officials want the MTA to “move as quickly as possible” to test platform barriers at subway stations in their borough after last week’s fatal shoving death of Michelle Go in Times Square. Borough President Mark Levine said the MTA must overcome its longstanding reluctance to embrace platform barriers, which officials have warned would be incredibly complicated to make happen at many stations.(Snip)A 2019 MTA study reported by NY1 concluded that platform doors were only feasible at 128 of the subway’s 472 stations. Cleopatra was found in a dusty mall storage room outside Chicago in the late 1980s—wedged in among discarded Christmas decorations, covered in graffiti and house paint. The 3,000-pound neoclassical marble sculpture depicting the death of the Egyptian queen had once been among the most prominent artworks entered into Philadelphia’s Centennial Exhibition in 1876. Its creator, Edmonia Lewis, was both praised and condemned for capturing the royal’s suicide in such heart-stopping detail. The CDC has officially moved the goalposts on what it means to be vaccinated from COVID-19. We all knew this day was coming, even as an onslaught of “fact-checkers” assured us it was “misinformation” to assert such a change was coming publicly. But first, let’s talk about the details. CDC Dir. Rochelle Walensky appeared on CBS News and shared the news that the two-dose regiment will no longer suffice to be considered “fully vaccinated.” Instead, you will need a booster jab in order to be classified as “up to date.” That comes as part of a “pivot” in language by the government, one that many were maligned for predicting.

It says both plain-clothed or uniformed police need to keep at least 100 feet from polling stations or drop boxes.
