Senate Showdown: Lawmakers return to debate
voting rights with no clear path forward
as Biden prepares to pivot to a slimmed-down

The Senate will begin debate Tuesday on voting rights legislation with no clear path forward on how to pass it into law. With its failure all but assured, President Joe Biden is preparing to pivot his attention back to his Build Back Better legisation with a plan to pare down his social safety net bill to make it more appealing to moderate Democrats. First up this week though is the voting rights legislation that would make Election Day a federal holiday, reform the redistricting process and tighten campaign finance laws.

Stop calling it voting rights. It's election fraud. The only people whose voting rights are being denied are voters whose votes are stolen by Democrat Party vote fraud. If you want voting rights - enact voting reform. Require Voter ID. One day, in person voting. No absentee ballots without notarize signature. No same day registration, no motor-voter. No provisional ballots. No ballot harvesting. No drop boxes. .No Democrats in the vote counting rooms. No late "discovery" of ballots.

Today they dropped nearly 750 pages of garbage arguments and made their plea in front of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.Remember this… As an international auditor who performed hundreds of audits around the world, I have never seen or heard about an auditee refusing to be audited. I have certainly never experienced an auditee take me to court to prevent an audit from taking place…
