These were people hijacking the protest of the election and have nothing to do with MAGA. The facts will come out and the truth will set you free.

What is this? I thought it was Donald Trump personally giving orders to the armed insurrectionists, not this nobody.

Discovery is going to be very interesting. I wonder how much evidence the FBI has destroyed.

It is time for the Republican Party to put a stop to this. That means you Cruz, Graham, Paul, Johnson, etc, etc. Shut down the Senate if you have to. ENOUGH OF THIS. WE ARE SICK OF IT.

This was a grand jury decision. As the saying goes, "A grand jury will indict a ham sandwich." Prosecutors sometimes convene a grand jury when they know they have a crappy case and they lack the guts to bring the case themselves. And this was a DC grand jury. So it was probably stupider and/or more biased than the run of the mill grand jury.

All of this was known to the DOJ a year ago and yet they never even examined his cell phone or questioned him until now. He had months to destroy or hide evidence. Why didn't the DOJ charge him with the same misdemenor crimes as the rest of the Jan 6 detainees first to protect the evidence if he was so key to the "insurrection"? I smell another rat. He may be agreeing to implicate Trump in some way that would allow the Dems in Congress to "disqualify" Trump from running for office. I expect we will hear about a "plea deal" very shortly.

Some of this doesn't pass the "sniff" test...The "Quick reaction force guy" was just that, ONE guy, he is older, has health issues, was too exhausted/weak/sick to even go to the rally or Capitol, remained in his hotel room.
Someone said to him..."sorry to hear that you can't make it, We'll consider you our QRF...hope you feel better soon"
THIS they call a legitimate threat to the overthrowing of the Govt.
This is just CYA because tooo many people are saying"You keep claiming it was an insurrection, but haven't charged anyone for insurrection, claiming it was a riot, but have not charged anyone for rioting, claiming it was an armed murderous attempted overthrow, but no one was armed, murderous of attempting to overthrow anything...all you have is "Parading" and "Trespassing"
Of ALL of the people named here, none had ever even met each other in person before this day.
They claim "He took part in the extreme right wing armed standoff with Clive Bundy"...where all charges were dropped, courts found Bundy was in the right, the Govt had to pay their legal fees, restitution, allow them to return to grazing and pay for the cows they killed.
THAT part of the story they do not mention. Similar to the FBI/Media debacle of charging Richard Jewell, and the Youtube movie maker they blamed for Benghazi.
Headline/Primetime stories, the retraction barely gets a mention.
Still no retractions/Apologies for the 5 YEARS of constant Russia Collusion bombshells either.

I guess that AQG Garland will now arrest the Hildabeast and charge her with sedition for trying to overthrow the Trump election with the Russia, Russia conspiracy.

Isn't this the group that various federal law enforcement agencies have been going after for over a decade without any evidence? Washington wants to paint Conservatives as terrorists. This is the latest installment.
They are making this all up. This is tyranny.
I don't believe it for a second.
Most of Washington should be fired.

A Republican senator asked the DOJ if anyone had been charged with insurrection in the year since Jan 6. The response was no. Suddenly, charges are filed.

I would not be surprised that the only "conspiracy" was to coordinate travel arrangements to attend rally. As another poster said, the feds have been trying to paint these guys as "terrorists" for a long time.
