Not to be deterred by such pesky inconveniences as a Supreme Court decision, immediately after the high court ruled the vaccine mandate was unconstitutional federal overreach – the White House told employers to enforce the vaccine mandate anyway.
White House Spokesperson Jennifer Psaki said the Biden administration would “not be deterred” by the Supreme Court decision, and all employers should immediately continue to “initiate vaccination requirements.”
So, Biden is officially calling for an insurrection against the rule of law.
In case anyone missed it there.
THIS is actually something for which a president should be removed from office.

Seems this is in contradiction to his oath of office to uphold the Constitution of the United States. Would this be dereliction of duty of duty? Well, I don't like those pesky speed limits, I think I'll just make up my own.

The many Knotseez working in the White House look to Attorney General Merrick "Gestapo" Garland for comfort. They're probably thinking, does he have the power to label most of the justices as "domestic terrorists"? Can FBI Director Christopher "Wicked" send a special unit of armed goons to have people arrested without cause?
And the Knotseez shout in unison, Heil!

This is called a wanna be dictator. Jill, where are you? You're husband and you will go down in the history books as the worst president and first lady in history. You really want that? Auto correct wanted to capitalize first lady but she doesn't deserve it for what she's putting America through. She knows her husband is not well at all and still has him go out and make a horrible mess of everything.

Thanks Joe. Impeachment Article I, Violation of the Take Care Clause (Article II, Section 3), i.e. "he shall take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed". From the National Constitution Center website;
The Take Care Clause has played a central role in momentous constitutional disputes. Legislators have discussed it in many debates regarding the scope of presidential power, including whether the President has a constitutional power to remove federal officers. Two Presidents, Andrew Johnson and William Clinton, were impeached by the House, at least in part, for allegedly violating their Take Care Clause duties. Famous Supreme Court cases, like Youngstown Sheet & Tube v. Sawyer (1952) and Myers v. United States (1926), relied upon particular claims about the Clause. More recently the Clause played a central role in the debates and litigation surrounding President Barack Obama’s enforcement of federal immigration laws.

WHAT DID YOU EXPECT? These are layoffs by another name. Large businesses have already imposed jab mandates--Citi, JPM, healthcare insurers, and many others. Even if you work remotely and have no contact with your co-workers. Cities like NY have already imposed same. My own job as a contractor for a company with a Federal contract will likely be terminated--that decision is still stopped in a lower court but could go either way. If you expect companies to care about unfilled jobs or difficulty hiring in high skill areas, or you being unemployed because you won't do the jab, they really don't. Your work goes to those who remain, and your salary goes to the bottom line and the share price.

#7. You are so correct. The corporations can now be sued for threatening jobs, promotions, or discrimination in the workplace regarding Covid vaccines. And if someone dies as a result of the vaccines (20,000 apx to date) the companies will pay dearly! And they should!!!

If the President of the United States is making it official policy for states to ignore the Constitution and findings of the Supreme Court "for the greater good of society", than I can think of several states that need to immediately ban abortions and the recognition and performance of sodomite marriages in their states.
Since lie-berals don't have enough working brain cells to comprehend the "big picture" of these idiotic policies they try to enact for their "sacred cow" issues, they deserve to watch as their other "sacred cow" issues come crashing down by people using the things they implement!!!

Neither of these these Supreme Court decisions expresses any opinion whether a private business can mandate that its employees must be vaccinated, and neither opinion is based on the Constitution. The issues were whether Congress has authorized these mandates. The Court held only that the OSHA mandate cannot be enforced because it has not been EXPRESSLY authorized by Congress, and the other mandate has been authorized by Congress. The OSHA opinion, which is a narrowly focused holding, does not suggest that broad brush federal vaccine mandates SHALL NOT be authorized by Congress.
Many unresolved issues remain being litigated in the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals.
Federal agencies are given wide discretion by the Court based on the principle that each agency has special expertise regarding its areas of delegated authority, but as OSHA has no special expertise regarding broad scope vaccine mandates, it's probably not the best federal agency to which Congress is likely to delegate such authority.

many private companies have plunged ahead requiring vaccines, with no pause even when stays were issued for the osha mandate, the cms mandate and the federal contractor mandate. And they can.
There has been no finding that it is unconstitutional for a private company to have a mandate, only that OSHA hasnt been authorized to enforce it. Any company can still require it and since the hysteria is still high, they will. This is not relief from medical tyranny. This is not freedom.
