White House Calls on Businesses to Ignore
Supreme Court Decision on Vaccination
and Force the Vaccine Mandate Regardless
of Constitutional Merit

Original Article

Not to be deterred by such pesky inconveniences as a Supreme Court decision, immediately after the high court ruled the vaccine mandate was unconstitutional federal overreach – the White House told employers to enforce the vaccine mandate anyway. White House Spokesperson Jennifer Psaki said the Biden administration would “not be deterred” by the Supreme Court decision, and all employers should immediately continue to “initiate vaccination requirements.”

So, Biden is officially calling for an insurrection against the rule of law. In case anyone missed it there. THIS is actually something for which a president should be removed from office.

The many Knotseez working in the White House look to Attorney General Merrick "Gestapo" Garland for comfort. They're probably thinking, does he have the power to label most of the justices as "domestic terrorists"? Can FBI Director Christopher "Wicked" send a special unit of armed goons to have people arrested without cause? And the Knotseez shout in unison, Heil!

Thanks Joe. Impeachment Article I, Violation of the Take Care Clause (Article II, Section 3), i.e. "he shall take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed". From the National Constitution Center website; The Take Care Clause has played a central role in momentous constitutional disputes. Legislators have discussed it in many debates regarding the scope of presidential power, including whether the President has a constitutional power to remove federal officers. Two Presidents, Andrew Johnson and William Clinton, were impeached by the House, at least in part, for allegedly violating their Take Care Clause duties. Famous Supreme Court cases, like Youngstown Sheet & Tube v. Sawyer (1952) and Myers v. United States (1926), relied upon particular claims about the Clause. More recently the Clause played a central role in the debates and litigation surrounding President Barack Obama’s enforcement of federal immigration laws.

WHAT DID YOU EXPECT? These are layoffs by another name. Large businesses have already imposed jab mandates--Citi, JPM, healthcare insurers, and many others. Even if you work remotely and have no contact with your co-workers. Cities like NY have already imposed same. My own job as a contractor for a company with a Federal contract will likely be terminated--that decision is still stopped in a lower court but could go either way. If you expect companies to care about unfilled jobs or difficulty hiring in high skill areas, or you being unemployed because you won't do the jab, they really don't. Your work goes to those who remain, and your salary goes to the bottom line and the share price.

Neither of these these Supreme Court decisions expresses any opinion whether a private business can mandate that its employees must be vaccinated, and neither opinion is based on the Constitution. The issues were whether Congress has authorized these mandates. The Court held only that the OSHA mandate cannot be enforced because it has not been EXPRESSLY authorized by Congress, and the other mandate has been authorized by Congress. The OSHA opinion, which is a narrowly focused holding, does not suggest that broad brush federal vaccine mandates SHALL NOT be authorized by Congress. Many unresolved issues remain being litigated in the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals. Federal agencies are given wide discretion by the Court based on the principle that each agency has special expertise regarding its areas of delegated authority, but as OSHA has no special expertise regarding broad scope vaccine mandates, it's probably not the best federal agency to which Congress is likely to delegate such authority.

many private companies have plunged ahead requiring vaccines, with no pause even when stays were issued for the osha mandate, the cms mandate and the federal contractor mandate. And they can. There has been no finding that it is unconstitutional for a private company to have a mandate, only that OSHA hasnt been authorized to enforce it. Any company can still require it and since the hysteria is still high, they will. This is not relief from medical tyranny. This is not freedom.

Libby was convicted in 2007 of obstruction of justice and other crimes related to a leak of the identity of CIA agent Valerie Plame Wilson. The conviction was widely viewed as a miscarriage of justice, especially because Deputy Secretary of State Richard Armitage later admitted that he was the likely source of the leak, not Libby. President George W. Bush commuted Libby’s sentence, but despite the urging of then-Vice President Cheney, he declined to issue a formal pardon for his aide. It was only Trump who pardoned Libby in 2018, taking the political heat for doing so and standing up for Libby’s record of public service.

And while Lee’s bill appears to be aimed squarely at Google, it could also affect Facebook and Instagram parent company Meta, which makes the bulk of its revenue from advertising.

There is a growing eagerness on the right to talk frankly about the crisis of masculinity in America, and to defend traditional manliness against an ascendant left that wants to destroy it. A robust defense of manliness is salutary, and long overdue. But it requires defining what manliness is, and what it is for, because not everyone on the right seems to know. For some conservatives, the conversation about masculinity has gone completely off the rails.

In the 21st century, we’ve entered a

In ancient times, pagans sacrificed children to propitiate angry, erratic, and inscrutable gods, hoping that giving up their most precious possessions would save the entire community. Leftists are still doing that, not just with abortion, but with their COVID policies and the madness of their decriminalizing crime. Child sacrifice was normative across the ancient world. It was only the combination of the Torah’s proscription against human sacrifice (The Binding of Isaac, Genesis 22), combined with Jesus Christ offering himself as the ultimate sacrifice, that pagan societies eventually abandoned the practice. (snip) A few stories got me wondering if leftists are quite the rational atheists they think they are.

Generally speaking, I am not a fan of polls. For one, I’ve never been polled by anyone. For another, the number of people being polled often strikes me as too small a sample from which to draw broad conclusions. Also, those samples more often than not tend to oversample one group, Democrats, let’s say, over another group, which again leads to questions of accuracy. Bottom line, I don’t trust ‘em and tend to ignore them in preference to the only poll that actually counts, the election itself. I’ve often asked myself, what would I do if I were to be contacted to participate in a poll.
