“Son, you’re grounded.”
Prince Andrew was told face-to-face by his mother, Queen Elizabeth, that he will no longer be known as His Royal Highness, The Post is told.
Looking stony-faced, the embattled Duke of York was driven a few miles from his house, Royal Lodge, to Windsor Castle on Thursday morning.
There, the Queen, 95, broke the news that she was stripping her 61-year-old son of all his remaining military titles and royal patronages in the wake of the sex-assault lawsuit brought against him by Virginia Roberts Giuffre.
Andrew has denied the charges against him.
During a private audience, the monarch told Andrew he will no longer be known as His Royal Highness
Well done, Queen. She knows her son is a slimebag, and she's not going to assist in covering his arse.

Sometimes, you just gotta be a tough parent and not let your kids get away with everything.
Sadly, I fear that the passing of Queen Elizabeth II, whenever the Good Lord decides to call her home, will be the death knell of the beloved British Monarchy. The rest of them all act like rejects from some "reality" TV show.

#2, Queen Elizabeth has certainly known for 20 or more years that Prince Andrew had done these things. This is not about "being a tough parent". This is about protecting the brand of the British Monarchy. If she cared that her son was a slime ball, she would have done this years ago.

She had to do this and without the legal escalation of the matter, she would not have done it. The brand of the BRF is becoming tattered and struggling for relevance. It is obvious by the types of puff pieces the Palace press office pushes out to the media. You are right, #2. The family has never cared what a slime Andrew is and neither does Fergie. She has been shacking up at Royal Lodge with him for quite a few years. The girls have been grown and gone for years yet the Queen seems fine with the arrangement. Very sad what the Monarchy is all coming down to…

Is it "guilty until proven innocent" for royals? Hardly. Generally, it's innocent even if you're guilty for them. This means Liz knows, and has probably long known, that Andrew is a pedo, and she didn't care as long as he didn't get caught. Anyone ever see the movie "The Aristocrats". lol

But she has done!, #1. Those 2 child-trafficking slags took pictures in front of her personal cottage. What sort of royal assent made That happen??
What are the odds that decades of royal protection of her son caused all manner of delay and denial and death,
in the course pf these paedo enquiries?
Stripping him of a few titles is not the same as an extended stay in the Pelosi Archipelago in DC.

Awwwww, little Andy looks under a little girl's dress and loses his playing privileges in the big stone playhouse. I wonder how Kate holds up her head in public being married to this piece of filth.

I read he had sold property in Switzerland to get the $$ back in the UK as he may need the $$ to pay his legal bills. Also, I think he was stripped of his title so the young lady can't get any of the Royal Family's property. I read she has turned down an offer of $13 million. As I asked before, how many times can she sue him. I agree with another poster who said she isn't all sweetness and light, being a 17 year old prostitute, bringing in her friends.

We are watching how rickety and feeble an institution becomes which relies on nothing more than genetics for its continuation. No talent, intellect or character required and the myth-making media machine will create the illusion of fantasy and superiority. Snobs in leadership all over the world accept the Royal notion that earthly goods: palaces, country lodges, thoroughbreds, polo ponies, massive holdings and cartoonish military costuming creates greatness worthy of admiration. Meanwhile, here on Earth, we mere terrestrials laugh and wonder when someone from The House of Smith or House of Jones or The House of Kumar or some other multicultural modern dynasty takes on the decrepit House of Windsor.

Poster #9, the "Kate' you are referring to is not married to Andrew. His ex-wife is Sarah Ferguson. Prince William, Charles's son is married to 'Kate' The Duchess of Cambridge.

Randy Andy should be happy because back in Ye Olde Days The Queen could have send him to his room.

Liz, you are the last representative of what used to be a great country. When you are gone, so is England.
