Democrats are doing all they can to upend the filibuster to be able to restrict election integrity bills and pass what they call “voting rights” bills.Over the weekend, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) attacked Republican election integrity bills, claiming they were a “legislative continuation of Jan. 6.” Rep. Jim Clyburn (D-SC) gave the game away, admitting that the real purpose of their ‘voting rights’ push was a federal takeover of elections. Clyburn claimed that the “federal elections cannot be left up to the states, should not be left up to the states.” It’s all about control. But now Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) is saying

It's going to be harder for the Democrats to steal elections. If 2020 wasn't bald-faced theft, 2024 will be worse, and there will be more looking for it. The only option left for them is institutionalized systemic theft using federalized elections. If the Republicans in Congress let this happen, they know they are finished.

If the Republicans in Congress let this happen, #2, the country is finished. There will never again be a legitimate election in the USA. And should that happen, the Republicans will be just as guilty of the destruction of America as the Democrats.

Raise your hands if you think that Republicans would even know what do to if they had a veto-proof , filibuster proof, 60+ vote majority in the Senate if 10 or more Dem senators think they will lose with clean election protocols. Hands? Bueller? DIdn't think so. They would still find a way to reach across and accommodate the people that spat in their faces. Same in the House, where some Dem members should be told to sit the in corner and shut up, no committee assignments for you.

The election bill is clearly unconstitutional. You can't repeal the 10th amendment by a simple bill.

Somehow, I have to wonder if Schumer is the type of "patriot" President Thomas Jefferson had in mind when he said some people need to be shot.

The Article includes,
"But now Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) is saying the quiet part out loud too, explaining that the Democrats — “every single senator”– are worried that they will lose their races if Democrats don’t control elections."
Thirteen incumbent Democrat senators are running for re-elecion this November.
The states are Hawaii, Washington, Oregon, California, Nevada, Arizona, Colorado, Illinois, Georgia, Maryland, New York, New Hampshire, and Connecticut.
It seems unlikely that all 13 have told Chucky they are worried.
However, if all 13 are worried, the Democrats are terrified!
