DId the dolphin speak Arabic or Hebrew and was it circumsized? And what the poor confused sea mammal was wearing was not a snout gun but a phylactery for an Orthodox dolphin.

Very interesting but highly unlikely it had anything to do with spying. A Dolphin could easily kill people in the water without mechanical help. The US Navy had a training program fifty years ago and I suspect it went nowhere.

President Biden urged businesses to bring in vaccine mandates on their own and pushed states to 'do the right thing' after the Supreme Court voted 6-3 to block his sweeping rules on private companies in a crushing blow to his pandemic response. The high court did however allow a vaccine mandate for employees at health care facilities receiving federal dollars to go into effect. Twenty-seven states had petitioned the Supreme Court to issue a stay on the rule while it is battled out in the judicial system. It's the latest setback in a devastating 48 hours for Biden,

The United States Army reprimanded six active-duty commanders for refusing to comply with Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin's COVID-19 vaccine mandate for all military ranks. This comes as the Army has increased its bonus to join the force to $50,000 as the virus has made it more difficult to recruit in schools and at public events, and the competition for quality workers has intensified as young people weigh their options. The Army did not specify the rank of the punished officers, though it included two battalion commanders who were relieved of their duties.
