There should be no more 'circling back' to a prior topic in the new year, according to Lake Superior State University's influential annual list of banned words. The work term, a modern alternative to 'I'll get back to you on that', has been used frequently by White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki over the past year, as she repeatedly dodged questions from reporters. Her overuse of the term has led to several conservative memes and even a rap song compiling all the times she has uttered the phrase. But the term 'treats colloquy like an ice skating rink as if we must circle back to a prior subject,'

I've been sick of 'no worries' for years. A pretentious adoption of an Australian expression. Ranks right down there with using 'cheers' as a salutation.

White House Psychopath Press Secretary, Jen "Psycho" Psaki, realizes that using soothing words to the MSM sheep will indeed cover up the many lies that she does on a daily basis. Deception is one of her strong points and many in the administration admire her straight face fabrications. They're doing it themselves. From teacher to pupils.

I wish they’d included the overly wordy, “Sooner rather than later” and the dated and juvenile, (He/She/I) can walk and chew gum at the same time” which was considered witty by kids at my middle school in 1965.

I find 'no worries' to be moderately irritating.

They should also ban the word "so."
It seems as if everyone starts a sentence using this word, which I find irritating.

I like "Wait ... what?" That's the ideal response to an absurd statement and there are plenty of absurd statements wafting in the ether these days.

Jen Psaki is wearing out her welcome by the reporters....more fake media reporters (?) are getting tired of the side/stepping at the news conferences...which is a joke because there is no news from the podium...only slide of hand....she was hired to report the news...but she hides the real truth and circles around...look for a replacement soon....
