Vice President Kamala Harris has tapped Wall Street and Silicon Valley executives for advice and ideas on tackling her difficult policy portfolio, it emerged Wednesday, as she grapples with migration and other crises.
Harris has faced intense criticism since being put in charge of addressing the root causes behind a surge in migration from Central America.
Now she is looking to business brains to help her navigate the crisis.
They include Microsoft President Brad Smith, Cisco Systems Chief Executive Chuck Robbins and Citigroup C.E.O. Jane Fraser, according to Bloomberg News.

Reaching out, tapping, focus group. task force, throw mud at the wall and see what sticks, all the stuff that corporate types get bogged down in. Busywork that achieves nothing. She is a transparently lazy, incompetent, ineffective bureaucrat.

I could have said: Read the first sentence. Translated: She doesn’t know what she’s doing.
All she has to do is tell Zhou “Shut the damn border down! Now!"

Yeah right- they are connecting with her now because they know FJB’s tenure will be short for one reason or another and they want to be on Cackle’s good side.

The “root cause” is simple. They are look for a better and easier life. Safety is also a concern for some. If this open borders madness continues we will end up like Mexico, Guatamala, Haiti et al. There are also some coming in that are plotting the next 9-11.

First, it's not a "migration"; it is an "invasion". Start there, dimwit.

While many CEO's have found out they have a supply chain due to the port delays and issues, they likely don't really know that their 30-45 days of on-dock free time they routinely negotiate in their service contract with the ocean carriers was part of their supply chain.
Yet, contributes to the lack of space on-docks, and a prime reason for the problems at the ports.

Khmerla reaches out to software and banking CEOs for answers to supply chain issues. Doesn't she know any truckers? ( besides personally, I mean).

She's putting together a Blue Ribbon Commission of Arborists, Landscapers, Agriculturists, and Gardeners to get to the cause of roots.
And, yes, she's that stupid.

Remember how much fun was made of Dan Quayle from 89-93? Harris deserves all the derision coming her way. I do not believe this woman for one second passed the bar exam to become a lawyer.

The root cause of mass uncontrolled illegal immigration to the USA has been known since the 1960s. Cheap foreign labor being drawn into the USA indirectly by U.S. employers who know that they would be able to employ the illegal aliens at a much lower labor cost then they would have to pay US citizen workers. Politicians of both political parties covertly helped that process along by passing employer sanctions provisions in amendments to the immigration laws that are full of loopholes and impossible to effectively enforce.

Why doesn't Kamala talk to people who actually have thing stuck out on the ships? How about the CEO's of companies who actually produce tangible things that are effected by supply chain issues. Talk to the unions about their work rules and California and the US Dept of Transportation about Trucking rules. Look back at how things worked before January 2021 when there were no supply chain issues. How about talking to people who patrol the border for how to solve border issues. As for "Root Causes", there is no need for study. Anyone who has watched the news since January 20, 2021 knows exactly why migrants are coming here in record numbers. They know that the Biden administration has opened the southern border and if you get here, you get in for free and lots of free stuff. Their lives instantly improve 1000%. Kamala Harris is in over her head regarding these things as she has never run anything, except her mouth.

As a labor arbitrator, I tried cases mostly in Pennsylvania, Ohio, West Virginia, Indiana, Kentucky, and during the 1980s, I was knee deep in disputes at factories that manufactured parts for stuff. Car parts, a/c parts, ties, windshields, cardboard boxes and the like.
By the end of the 1980s, many of those factories were gone, and those parts were made in other countries.
Then came NAFTA, which essentially encouraged U.S. manufacturers to move those production facilities mostly south of the border. And they did.
When Kamala Sutra asks some of those very same manufacturers how to solve the supply chain problems, she is demonstrating that she is as clueless about economics as dementia Jo is.
And no amount of pimping her out is going to make her smart.

Breaking news: They illegal migrants are coming to the US for the freebies. That is the root cause, especially if you consider all the foreign aid we send to the home countries now being emptied as they find refuge in the US and the Lady Bountiful Oval Office. That means the bürgermeisters in those countries with all the foreign aid can just divvy it up among themselves. What a country!
