Rep. Josh Gottheimer says progressive
protesters shouted ‘Jew’ at NJ event

Commerce Secretary Gina Raimondo is backing up a Jewish congressman’s incendiary claim that he heard protesters scream “Jew!” at him during a September event in New Jersey. Garden State Democratic Rep. Josh Gottheimer caused a stir during a Dec. 13 speech at Rutgers University in which he said he was set upon by anti-Semitic protesters on Sept. 20 as he and Raimondo made a series of stops in Bergen County promoting President Joe Biden’s infrastructure bill. The pair were greeted by around 100 hecklers in Glen Rock—most of whom, Gottheimer claimed, came from the local chapter of the Working Families Party. The situation was intense enough

Comments:

The communist Working Families Party appears to be mostly People of Color, and if you're not that, then you're part of the problem. This is the monster the left built.

The Democrats have only themselves to blame. No. 1 is correct. There’s The Squad with Ilhan Omar a leading anti-Semite and of course, let’s not forget Anti-fa and the name calling at Trump. All of them were let off the hook and it’s come around to bite them in the ass. As you sow so shall you reap. After awhile, things even up. The Democrats started the incivility with “Impeach 45” and the resistance to Trump and everything that followed. The Democrats in the cities let things loose and you have this result. I have no sympathy for Gottheimer. What happened is terrible, but he should take a good look at his party. I never heard him speak out about the violence in the cities run by Democrats. The fault lies within the Progressives and those in the Democrat Party that let this get out of control.

I have no sympathy for this fellow. None. He really needs to research some history, like who led the Bolshies in Russia for example. He belongs to a party that is the mothership of bigotry, racism, intolerance and so on. I have no sympathy for you Josh. Make bad choices, you need to live with them.

So this one is hard. Do we have anti-Semite squad-like Marxist trash doing what they do? Or do we have Congressman Jussie making up stuff to score political points? I can't decide or determine from the article. Either way, though, they're all losers and hate this country so maybe it doesn't matter.

The indictment against five men accused of plotting to kidnap Gov. Gretchen Whitmer should be dismissed due to “egregious overreaching” by federal agents and informants, defense lawyers wrote in a coordinated attempt to scuttle the high-profile case three months before trial. According to the filing, FBI agents and federal prosecutors capitalized on discontent with Whitmer's handling of COVID-19 pandemic restrictions, invented a conspiracy and entrapped five people who face up to life in prison if convicted of kidnapping conspiracy in a case that has shed light on violent extremism in Michigan.(Snip)That included the convictions of FBI Special Agent Richard Trask, the government's public face of the investigation

Minnesota school districts are tacking on extra days to winter break this year in an effort to curb teacher stress and address ongoing staff shortages that include teachers, paraprofessionals, cooks and bus drivers. But as calendars change for teachers and students, some parents have struggled to find child care options on short notice. Others are worried about more lost instruction days when kids are already behind. "It's become too easy to give away school days," said Shawn Kopnick, the parent of a Prior Lake-Savage third-grader. "There's less fortunate kids whose parents aren't home all day—what do they do? Where do they go?"

All they wanted for Christmas was more help. The FDNY faced a shortage of EMS crews over the holiday, stretching the department thin as it struggled to respond to a surge of emergency calls made worse by the omicron wave. Roughly 19% of the city’s more than 4,000 EMS workers were out sick Saturday, Christmas day, up from the typical rate of about 5%, an FDNY spokesman said. The shortage—caused in part by crews isolating with COVID-19 cases—comes as the city’s daily number of cases continued a record breaking streak. New York state figures show there were more than 27,000 confirmed cases of the virus

The Public Interest Legal Foundation went to Pennsylvania with a list of tens of thousands of people who were likely dead, but still on the state’s voter rolls in the weeks before the 2020 election. The state was totally uninterested, according to Christian Adams, the organization’s founder. But once the election was over, Mr. Adams says, the state changed its tune. It went into mediation with PILF, agreed to look into the list and even agreed to a settlement paying some of the group’s lawyers’ fees. The kicker, though, was that Pennsylvania prosecutors even brought charges against a man who, according to PILF’s data, had registered his dead wife to vote,

Boston—When Wanda Olson’s son-in-law died in March after contracting COVID-19, she and her daughter had to grapple with more than just their sudden grief. They had to come up with money for a cremation. Even without a funeral, the bill came to nearly $2,000, a hefty sum that Olson initially covered. She and her daughter then learned of a federal program that reimburses families up to $9,000 for funeral costs for loved ones who died of COVID-19. Olson’s daughter submitted an application to the Federal Emergency Management Agency, received a deposit by June and was able to reimburse her mother the $1,974.

It’s Christmas. If you are living in the United States under a Democratic president, that doesn’t mean wishing the American people ‘Merry Christmas.’ Or messages about the sacred Christian holiday celebrating the birth of Jesus. What it means are hyper-politicized messages that seek to hijack the holiday and put it in the service of the left’s radical agenda. In 2021, that means dragging out the Covid pandemic and bullying Americans into getting a “booster.”A “booster,” in case one hasn’t noticed, is a tacit admission of failure.
