Biden’s Christmas crisis: 2021 ends
with 400K more COVID-19 deaths

President Biden won the White House on a pledge to crush the coronavirus through a commitment to science, testing for anyone who wants it, and a major vaccine sprint in his first 100 days in office. Things haven’t quite gone as planned. More than a year into the vaccine drive, and nearly 12 months since Mr. Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris memorialized 400,000 COVID-19 deaths on the eve of the inauguration, the U.S. is mourning another 400,000 lives lost to the disease and now battling another winter surge in the virus. Pandemic-weary Americans face a third calendar year in which offices are shuttered, Broadway shows are postponed

Comments:

Hunter Biden's dad has a secret plan to stop Covid in its tracks. All you have to do is vote for him and you'll find out what it is.

I'm surprised. I thought that reading insipid, sophomoric talking points from a teleprompter would scare the flu bugs away. Well - - it's not the first time I've been wrong about something. And as far as Two-Tongue Tony goes - - what does this say about his immense scientific knowledge? Two-Tongue Tony is a fraud - - as big a hoax as The Beast's Russian dossier.

is this the standard (according to CDC's web site) 94% died WITH the Wuhan flu, and 6% died OF the Wuhan flu? If so, this year is actually 24,000 died of the disease, and the overwhelming majority died of something else and are either PRESUMED to have also had Wuhan flu (someone saw them cough) or may possibly have 'tested postive'....with a test infamous for huge numbers of false positives. 24,000 flu deaths is a fairly average year, actually.

Mrs. Lakerman and I just watched a tape of Lucy Worsley's Twelve Days Of Christmas, set in the time of Henry VIII. (1508) Part of the revelry was led by an appointed King Of Misrule. I thought, of course, of Dementia Jo. (If you people have not seen any of Lucy Worsley's work on PBS, you are missing out.)

Let's get this straight. Biden didn't "win" the white house. That's why the Dems are so desperate to hijack the elective process. Biden cant blow out a candle by himself, I don't see what he could do about covid. Covid is hardly a killer. Let's say an aircraft carrier comes down with covid and 1000 sailors get sick. How many die?? A grand total of 1 middle age CPO, that's it. Everyone else is back on duty. Joe and company put all their marbles in the vaccine bag. In fact, he CRUSHED any therapeutic that worked in an effort to FORCE people into the genetic contaminant. The Indians found ivermectin eradicated the disease. Africa has no covid because they take ivermectin like we take aspirin, for a host of other ailments. Joe and company have KILLED around 400,000 and Fauci has KILLED nearly 800,000 by refusing to allow ivermectin and hydroxy therapeutic avenues. It's either take the shot or we'll kill you. These drugs have proven REPEATEDLY to be marvelously efficacious against covid but Fauci lies about this until the cows come home. Mass murder and crimes against humanity. It's unfortunate our nation will not survive Biden's reign. I would love to see these people brought up on criminal charges, convicted, and dealt with appropriately. Alas, won't happen cuz we won't be here by that time...

Given how democrats always manipulate and lie about numbers to advance their agenda of fear and panic, I wouldn't trust any numbers right now from anyone. If people are still dying from covid, it is because you Feds are forbidding them access to lifesaving medication. Like Invermectin. Yet Congress critters, at least 1/3rd of congress, got to take invermectin and HCQ for their covid. So stop blowing smoke up our skirts Mr. Resident. No wonder people are calling you Comrade Potato Head. You prove it every day.

Around 48,000 people have actually died OF covid over the last 22 months. The average annual death count from the flu is 36,000 according to the CDC. That’s 3,000 deaths per month from the flu. So, theoretically, in the last 22 months there should have been 66,000 deaths from the flu. Which leaves covid deaths in the dust. Yet here we are.

I'm not going to bash any politician for not controlling a virus. Trump tried with his banning flights and his warp speed project, but even he didn't really have anything to do with the making of the so called vaccine. Biteme has leaned on the vaccine to solve the issue, but he's made it worse with his mandates. The virus itself will end the pandemic. Politicians have no control over that.

The indictment against five men accused of plotting to kidnap Gov. Gretchen Whitmer should be dismissed due to “egregious overreaching” by federal agents and informants, defense lawyers wrote in a coordinated attempt to scuttle the high-profile case three months before trial. Minnesota school districts are tacking on extra days to winter break this year in an effort to curb teacher stress and address ongoing staff shortages that include teachers, paraprofessionals, cooks and bus drivers. But as calendars change for teachers and students, some parents have struggled to find child care options on short notice. Others are worried about more lost instruction days when kids are already behind. "It's become too easy to give away school days," said Shawn Kopnick, the parent of a Prior Lake-Savage third-grader. "There's less fortunate kids whose parents aren't home all day—what do they do? Where do they go?"

All they wanted for Christmas was more help. The FDNY faced a shortage of EMS crews over the holiday, stretching the department thin as it struggled to respond to a surge of emergency calls made worse by the omicron wave. Roughly 19% of the city’s more than 4,000 EMS workers were out sick Saturday, Christmas day, up from the typical rate of about 5%, an FDNY spokesman said. The shortage—caused in part by crews isolating with COVID-19 cases—comes as the city’s daily number of cases continued a record breaking streak. The Public Interest Legal Foundation went to Pennsylvania with a list of tens of thousands of people who were likely dead, but still on the state’s voter rolls in the weeks before the 2020 election. The state was totally uninterested, according to Christian Adams, the organization’s founder. But once the election was over, Mr. Adams says, the state changed its tune. It went into mediation with PILF, agreed to look into the list and even agreed to a settlement paying some of the group’s lawyers’ fees. The kicker, though, was that Pennsylvania prosecutors even brought charges against a man who, according to PILF’s data, had registered his dead wife to vote,

Boston—When Wanda Olson’s son-in-law died in March after contracting COVID-19, she and her daughter had to grapple with more than just their sudden grief. They had to come up with money for a cremation. Even without a funeral, the bill came to nearly $2,000, a hefty sum that Olson initially covered. She and her daughter then learned of a federal program that reimburses families up to $9,000 for funeral costs for loved ones who died of COVID-19. Olson’s daughter submitted an application to the Federal Emergency Management Agency, received a deposit by June and was able to reimburse her mother the $1,974.

It’s Christmas. If you are living in the United States under a Democratic president, that doesn’t mean wishing the American people ‘Merry Christmas.’ Or messages about the sacred Christian holiday celebrating the birth of Jesus. What it means are hyper-politicized messages that seek to hijack the holiday and put it in the service of the left’s radical agenda. In 2021, that means dragging out the Covid pandemic and bullying Americans into getting a “booster.”A “booster,” in case one hasn’t noticed, is a tacit admission of failure.
