Former President Donald Trump brutally poked the leftist badgers on Tuesday by announcing he will hold a press conference on the anniversary of the Jan. 6 riot, proclaiming that “the insurrection took place on November 3rd” of last year.“Why isn’t the [House] Unselect Committee of highly partisan political hacks investigating the CAUSE of the January 6th protest, which was the rigged Presidential Election of 2020?” Trump asked in a statement from his Save America PAC. “Does anybody notice that they want to stay as far away from that topic as possible, the numbers don’t work for them, or even come close.

No problem with the proposed attempt to set the record straight about Jan. 6th (e.g. offer of troops turned down by Pelosi, outrageous sentencing for "participants" with misdemeanors while those who burned, killed and pillaged all summer in major cities never even got a tap on the wrist) but if Trump is going to go on again about the 2020 election he is a fool. I also agree that the election was rigged, but what we need now are strong election laws (I live in Ct. and the 24 year old idiot who represents us statewide brags about all ballots being mail-in if he has his way--obviously he is a Democrat!) in future so this can not happen again. Instead Trump is doing things like pushing Purdue into the Ga. race because he hates Kemp, and that will mean Stacey Abrams will win. He is also the reason we are votes short in the Senate, to such disastrous consequences--that vendetta assured that Republicans would stay home and not vote. Trump HAS to stop running his own ego to the detriment of the American people. I probably, because I voted for him twice and was a donor, get 15 texts a day asking for $, AND I WILL NOT GIVE IT NOR VOTE FOR TRUMP if he continues this ego driven vendetta. Which is a shame, because he was a wonderful, if verbose, President who thought ahead and got good things done! And look at us now!!!!!! What I fear most is that he will be our own Bull Moose candidate and we will lose the Presidency to some idiot Democrat. Just because Trump's ego supersedes his love for country.

I was watching a video last night or earlier this morning of the capitil police in the tunnel while the one in the white shirt was beating the guy, then was beating the lady who almost died. At the mouth of that tunnel on the outside people were kind of walking on top of other people and carrying a 10' ladder to do something with. MAGA people did NOT bring a 10' ladder to the Capitol. I also read where other articles to use had been left there for the Antifa people to use. The whole thing is just such a lie and them telling it over and over is not ever going to make it be the truth.

Although not as vociferous as #7 because I will vote for DJT if he is then nominee, I agree that he has vast bi-party negatives and will insure that many Conservatives will stay home. (I personally know a few) However, the most compelling case against him is his immediate Lame Duck status. This dire situation warrants long term solutions and planning. Trump has the opportunity to become the Conservative Kingmaker and The Godfather of the War on the Deep State. DeSantis has experience both in DC and running a diverse and important State, both experiences Trump lacked. And, unlike Trump, he is the “iron fist in the velvet glove”. His only deficit may be foreign policy; VP, Pompeo, Cotton??

An addendum to my earlier post: I would vote again for Trump in a heartbeat if, in his Jan. 6th speech, he makes it clear, without a Woe- is -me, that HR 1 should NEVER be passed, that if it is , we will always have crooked elections: no ids required, ballot harvesting, mail-in ballots with no id requirement etc. Also, laws to block the kind of voter fraud that Zuckerberg managed in 2020 with his massive infusion of Zuckerbucks AND outsiders primed to carry their precepts out. The October IMPRIMIS, free from Hillsdale College, goes into all of this in specific detail (I can understand why Trump is furious! But now is not the time) and also points out that we are probably the ONLY country in Western Europe, Canada, Great Britain (and more that you would not suspect) that does not REQUIRE an id and does not allow absentee ballots unless you come in to get them in person and show id. We are a true outlier and if the Democrats get HD 1 through, we really ARE done as a country. We really are on the the thin edge of the wedge and we HAVE to fight back, and who better than Donald Trump, if he makes it clear that it isn't about him and a stolen election but about the survival of our democracy. That is NOT an overstatement.

Got it, #7 & 15. But, unless the crime of Nov 3, 2020 is dealt with thoroughly, it will happen again and again. Moving on from the atrocities of the left has kept the right powerless and our country in tatters. Oh, we have our smart political strategies, our gentlemanly political leaders, and our honor, but the left holds all the power. And, turning the other political cheek has handed it to them. Plugging our ears and repeating, “Just don’t be mean, don’t be mean,” is no longer a viable political path. If, as you say, you believe the election was stolen, then you understand that at least 80 million people believe it, too. President Trump was elected twice by an overwhelming majority of the people, despite his imperfections and political shortcomings. I would be disappointed if he just moved on. He wouldn’t be the man we need now. The days of moving on are over because they have to be, if we are to survive.

#16 We here at our house completely agree with you. We've been saying Trump is fighting for us, for our lost votes! We voted for Trump, and those votes were stolen. It's a matter of Do We as a Nation Want Free and Fair Elections or Not? If we do, we should be urging President Trump to keep fighting to get the Truth out to the nation of the stolen election with exposure and balloting/voting fixed. If not, then the demonrats and all that hate us and Pres. Trump will keep stealing one election after another. There is another choice. Be passive, and give the Country over to the Communists. God help us if this nation turns into wimps and won't fight back and won't resist tyranny!

December 1776 was one of the darkest times for America: hyperinflation gripped the economy, Washington’s army lost one battle after another, the mood of the country changed from optimism to defeat. But on Christmas Day, Americans amid a raging Nor’easter crossed an impassable ice-filled river, surprised and killed an expertly trained enemy, and changed the course of history. Thomas Paine epically captured the days leading up to Christmas 1776 in “The American Crisis.”“These are the times that try men’s souls,” Paine wrote. “The summer soldier and the sunshine patriot will, in this crisis, shrink from the service of their country; CORRECTION*

I regret to inform you that Joe Biden is stumping for tyranny again. But before we get to the president, let’s engage in a thought experiment.Imagine a world in which Republicans control all three branches of the government, and in this world, there’s a national election coming. Further, the Republicans are heavily favored to lose. Now, imagine that the GOP then spit on centuries of precedent and introduced a federal takeover of the voting system in order to try to rig that election. Lastly, when they failed to pass it via traditional legislative means, they then moved to change the rules of the Senate in order to pass it anyway.
