People who get breakthrough COVID-19 infections
after being fully vaccinated have 'super
immunity' with antibody levels rising
as much as 2,000%, study finds

A new study finds that those who get a breakthrough COVID-19 infection after being fully vaccinated may acquire 'super immunity' from another infection. The small study compared 26 vaccinated staff at Oregon Health & Science University who had breakthrough infections to people who were vaccinated but never got the coronavirus. The breakthrough group saw a surge in antibodies. 'The increases were substantial, up to a 1,000 percent increase and sometimes up to 2,000 percent, so it's really high immunity,' said study author Fikadu Tafesse, a molecular microbiology and immunology professor at OHSU in Portland, Oregon. 'It's almost "super immunity."'

Comments:

When you get sick anyway despite being vaxxed and boosted with a shot that does not work, it's like totally OK because then you have, um, super-duper immunity! A hot load of fresh trash from the vaccine garbage truck.

My cousin, who is an RN, is currently recuperating from pneumonia. He caught this while recuperating from his third go around with covid. He first had covid last year, then was vaccinated and has had all of the booster shots available. He maintains he would not still be alive if he hadn't gotten vaccinated. He isn't a good example of the 'super immunity' to me.

A more reasonable study would be to compare the level of immunity to an unvaccinated person who recovered from Covid. My guess is they BOTH have super duper immunity levels. This is nothing but an attempt to save face for pushing a failed vaccine.

What an amazing discovery! People who get sick make antibodies, natural protection from microbe! I am unvaxxed and I had (along with my wife, also not vaxxed) C19 in August,. Presumably, we were infected with the Delta variant. We both took the banned substances and we both were sick for 10 days. I tested my antibodies (to the spike protein) in September and I was at 807 "units"/ ml . I tested them again 2 weeks ago and I was at 1079 units/ml. My antibody level increased over 3 months rather than declined.

I have found a better vaccine to keep me safe. I take 1 Reeses Peanut Butter cup a day and I have yet to get the virus, so it has had as much testing as the governments vaccines. Some people say that they have too much sugar in them and will cause health problems but I would rather chance that than doing the funky chicken dance or the grab your chest hug after taking the governments' vaccines, and they still taste DELICIOUS. /s

General Mills is taking in more money but also spending more as the cost for everything from oats to cardboard continues to rise, denting the food maker's profit. The company, like all of its peers, has raised consumer prices on its food products—but it's not enough to offset increased expenses caused by supply chain backlogs and inflation. The Golden Valley-based packaged food giant on Tuesday reported its quarterly earnings fell 13% for the second quarter, ended Nov. 28.(Snip)General Mills has seen double-digit price increases for raw and packaging materials; the index price of oats has more than doubled in the past year,

Authorities in Qatar have seized a line of what they called 'un-Islamic' children's toys that feature rainbow patterns similar to LGBT flags. The small oil-rich peninsular will host next year's football World Cup, and despite repeated assertions by authorities that anyone will be welcome to visit for the tournament, homosexuality remains illegal in the conservative Muslim emirate. The line of rainbow coloured children's toys were confiscated from stores, with officials saying they were contrary to 'Islamic values'. The emirate's commerce and industry ministry did not spell out its objection to the rainbow colours, but some of the toys bore a colour scheme very similar to the LGBTQ flag.

It doesn’t add up. Omicron’s distinguishing features are that it spreads fast and that the entire population is vulnerable to catching it. The only people with a decent degree of protection against infection are the boosted, and South Africa hasn’t rolled out boosters yet. Even if they had, plenty of boosted people here and abroad have tested positive. The latest example is Elizabeth Warren. A virus that can infect everyone should be able to burn for a good long awhile even if it’s burning very hot. So why have cases in South Africa dropped for five days in a row?

But during the Trump Presidency, it became too obvious to ignore. It has been involved in everything from the creation of an “insurance policy” against the peaceful transition of power, to the targeting of parents as domestic terrorists for the sin of disagreeing with school boards. How did our “premier law enforcement agency” stray so far from its motto of fidelity, bravery, and integrity? Simply put, the FBI’s current state is the result of horrible leadership.
