Incredible! Can you even imagine that a police officer could support a conservative group? /s off This is way, way out of line. This should be literally NONE of the police department's business. That this is brought up should get the folks doing the investigation FIRED.

I wanted to learn a little about TUPUSA, so I went to its website. The fine print describes TPUSA as follows: "Turning Point USA is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded in 2012 by Charlie Kirk. The organization’s mission is to identify, educate, train, and organize students to promote the principles of fiscal responsibility, free markets, and limited government." How are fiscal responsibility, free markets, and limited government threatening? In other words, how does freedom hurt people? It hurts those in power when people are free to think for themselves instead of being forced to agree with their "leaders." This is what the assistant principle said, FTA: "All student organizations must align with the Taft mission statement, which is to "educate global citizens to create a better world. Please know that the staff and administration at Taft will never tolerate the formation of any group that does not support these values.'" "MUST ALIGN"???? That doesn't sound like free thought. That doesn't sound like education. It sounds like indoctrination.
