Cuomo is a POS. However, it appears that the JCOPE is also. They have already ruled. Now they want to punish and CYA. If Cuomo used state resources then charge him for the cost of those services.

Not like he is hurting for funds. He more than likely scammed millions when he was a cabinet secretary for Clinton. Reports were that at least $30 million or more went missing from his department. So giving back a paltry $5 million will be chicken feed for him.

Representative Bennie Thompson (D-MS) said Sunday on CNN’s “State of the Union” that former President Donald Trump “did nothing” to stop the January 6 riot at the U.S. Capitol as we came “perilously close to losing our democracy.”Thompson said, “Let me say that what we have been able to ascertain is that we came perilously close to losing our democracy as we come to learn it. Had those insurrectionists been successful, we are not certain what we would have had, had it not been for the brave men and women who protected the Capitol in spite of being woefully outnumbered.

In our time, political speech and writing are largely the defense of the indefensible.. George Orwell, Politics and the English Language. Rep. Ayanna Pressley of Massachusetts, a member of the progressive “squad,” recently accused those who disagree with student debt cancellation of "policy violence." That is, to disagree with the left now is “violence.” This kind of linguistic legislation by the left is now common. Words mean whatever they want them to mean in order to achieve their far-left goals.Pressley’s statement is also an implied threat. Since violence is justified in response to violence, Pressley is letting American’s know what is coming if they do not get their way.
