Jailed 'for life' but freed to kill again:
Shocking new data reveals that 129 criminals
have joined the ranks of ‘double-lifers’
in just 10 years

Dozens of killers, rapists and paedophiles released from prison have been given second life sentences for further offences. Over the past decade 129 criminals who were jailed for life have been handed the same sentence again. The figures will reignite the row over the role of the Parole Board following controversies over Black Cab rapist John Worboys and child-killer Colin Pitchfork. The data, disclosed by the Ministry of Justice under freedom of information laws, shows that 17 criminals were given a second life sentence in 2019. One was locked up for murder after having already been given a life sentence for that offence.

Comments:

Soft on criminals, hard on the unvaccinated. A properly functioning society would take sensible action against these parole boards.

Remember when a life sentence actually meant life in prison? They are just too cowardly to give the sentence they really want to give, because the public would be furious. So they give life, then let the monster out after a small part has been served and all the fuss has died down. For every monster who kills or maims again, the parole board or judge who reduces the sentence should serve the rest of the sentence and then some. Right along side the monster.

The only way this travesty will stop is if those who free these monsters to prey on innocent citizens are also put on trial as accomplices, are sentenced to several years in prison and all pensions and properties/money they own or have are forfeited to the victims.

Historically, when a person accepted the "Parole"(their word that they would never offend again) of a criminal; The person was responsible for any further criminal conduct of the paroled person. That should be the consequence of the Parole Board's decisions to this day. The Boards would be so much more careful in their deliberations if they became responsible for subsequent offenses.

Plenty of examples of why the death penalty is necessary. Here in Texas we had Kenneth Allen McDuff [look it up; death sentence overturned by court, reduced to life-in-prison, released to commit serial murders]. As long as liberals continue to have a dangerous fetish for releasing violent criminals from prison, life in prison without parole has no meaning.

The death penalty may not be a deterrent, but I know one thing for sure. No one who was executed ever committed another crime.

We need to pass laws like the Texas Heart Beat law which allows individual victims to bring civil action against Judges, lawyers or anyone who “aids or abets” a criminal to commit crimes when they should still be in prison. This should also apply to anyone who gives Sanctuary to illegals who then commit crimes. Make those responsible take responsibility.

IN a Civilized society these scum would be taken care of by Citizens tired of the rope-a-dope game judges and DA's play. If it continued, those that released the criminals would also be taken care of. In my view, any Judge and/or Prosecutor that releases criminals without due justice should be 100% responsible and chargeable for the criminals subsequent crimes!

Those EVs Joe Biden and Democrats promise will transform the climate? That EV you drive and think you’re saving the planet with? One track of his predicament stems from general public unhappiness with his performance.

Major legal rulings that dismantled the use of race in college admissions, undermined protections for LGBTQ people and tossed out President Joe Biden’s student debt relief program marked the end of a Supreme Court term in which the conservative supermajority continued to exert its dominance. The majority also doubled down on a controversial legal theory that limits the power of federal agencies to take unilateral action. Meanwhile, the justices rejected a far-fetched argument that would have limited the role of state courts in election disputes and turned away an aggressive attempt to challenge Biden administration immigration policy – both areas in which lawyers on the right might have overreached in their arguments.

Moments after bowing at least three times, Yellen then stumbled over He's name, calling him 'Vice Premier Hu.'
