Penn Trans Swimmer’s Teammate Speaks Out
As Lia Thomas Smashes More Records

Original Article

While University of Pennsylvania transgender swimmer Lia Thomas, who spent three years at the Ivy League school swimming as a male, has been busy smashing female pool records, friction has been building within the team, according to a Penn female swimmer who said she feared for her ability to find employment after graduating from college for sharing her honest opinion about a transgender teammate. For that reason, OutKick is granting her anonymity to speak out. Thomas’ latest round of swimming record destruction came at a three-day meet in Akron, Ohio where numerous pool, meet and program records weren’t just destroyed but lowered to a point where they may never be broken.

Comments:

This is an excellent interview with a teammate who expounds on why a bio man competing as a woman is patently unfair. .

The women should refuse to swim at the buzzer, and force Thomas to swim alone.

Not that women's swimming has ever been a TV ratings winner but I cannot wait till IT destroys Olympic records AND television ratings. Because only other perverts will ever watch him compete.

As long as the women allow this he will win. #1 is right. They should all bow out and leave him on his own. All trans athletes should have their male parts removed to show they are REALLY committed. He wants all the awards he could not get in the male category and in a few years he will change his mind and return to male. (unless his parts are removed and he has no choice to change back to male).

The fact that this female swimmer had to be granted anonymity for the sake of future employment, after graduation, speaks loudly of the widespread suppression of free speech in favor of perverted values by the idiots in control of government and business.

There is a history of courageous women fighting for equality in sports, suing for their rights to compete in men's sports (which are actually open to all genders/identifications). Now the shoe is on the other foot. And who around here, when some poor team is getting whopped 100-0 and more points to come falls into the old canard the losers should practice more and play harder. Sports and competition builds character. Today they are cops, firefighters, and even astronauts, green berets and fighter pilots. Women demand equality, and now they have it...practice more and play harder ladies.

Everyone involved is going to have to show courage by refuse to complete against him . My suggestion is that when the starting horn blows the women do not dive into the pool.It sounds like the coach is a real loser. He actually thinks he is the reason the team is winning. Don’t count on universities or the NCAA to stand up for our daughters.

As much as I agree with the fact that women's sports should be for women, I wonder about the fact that feminist have stated that women were better than men. Why the anger when it is demonstrated by a man/trans who could not compete in men's sports?

Of course those records will be broken. What a silly thing to say. They will just never be beaten by another real woman again. As more and more men decide to compete as women, these records will keep getting bested. Let's face it, he was a mediocre male swimmer. But because of the genetic advantages he has over the women swimmers, he was able to set lots of records. As better and better mediocre male swimmers decide they want their names in the record books too, they will easily take down his records. Sadly, so many women today are so lie-beral that they stand by and watch their opportunities in this life be destroyed in the name of politically correct woke-ism!!! Until women stand up loud and proud, and say they aren't going to put up with this garbage anymore, it's only going to get worse and worse. But just like this "anonymous" swimmer on his women's swim team, they are either too lie-beral, or too scared, to say anything.

Swimming is a non contact sport- just wait until the high school boy who didn’t make the basketball team decide he is a she.. My daughter played AAU basketball- and had X-rays on every part of her body at one point or another for the physical play. There are many large and strong women out there- but a male prancing as a female balling out? My daughter’s minor injuries would become life threatening.

A wise man once said, “Everything liberal eventually turns to sh**.” And so it is with our universities and political correctness. Out of curiosity, I looked up the roster of UPenn’s 2019 men’s swim team. Head shots of all the team members but one. And that one was not “Will Thomas,” it was “Lia Thomas!” Well, Lia Thomas was not a member of UPenn’s 2019 swim team, Will Thomas was. That’s some major revisionist history, no?

#5's point is well taken. The actual women on the team, representing everyone else but "Lea," are afraid the lethally P.C.-infected authorities and opinion leaders who enable, allow, or encourage this foolishness to happen will cancel them from civilized company. To quote Chevy Chase in Caddyshack, "Danny, this isn't Russia. Is this Russia? This isn't Russia." MTF trannies are ruining woman's sports. (It's almost inconceivable that FTM trannies would consider for one second entering the world of speed or power sports against men who had had all had the benefits of having gone through male puberty.) This will happen as long as it's tolerated. In many ways feminist progressives brought this on themselves by being inclusive--and celebrating--of either mental illness or else outright, in your face cheating by immoral characters who figuratively deserve the back of collective society's hand across their insolent faces. We get what we put up with.

An unexpected consequence with all these bio males competing with the women is that since the feminists aren't jumping into the fray on the side of actual girls, this is going to destroy their credibility quickly. Not gonna have any sympathy for them when that happens either. I like #1's solution very much.

From the earliest feminist movement, the mantra was women are just as good as men. Well, it took about 3 generations but now women get to prove it. Women begged for this. Now quit whining about the rules women created and compete! If women want to stop this, that means they will have to admit that men and women are not the same. That that fact hasn't always been obvious except to feminist. Women made the rules, now live by them.
