Dr. Ben Carson nails it on the suppression
of existing therapies for COVID: Ivermectin
and hydroxychloroquine

Original Article

Despite the lack of so-called “gold standard” double-blind studies, we now effectively know that early (off-label) use of the anti-parasite/anti-malarial drugs hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin can have a very significant effect on reducing COVID mortality. (snip) Dr. Ben Carson appeared on Maria Bartiromo’s Fox News show Sunday Futures yesterday, and in his trademark reasonable voice spoke wisdom about the COVID pandemic and panic. He expressed views that have been censored or shadow banned by Twitter, Facebook, and Google. (snip) Among the many points he made (snip) is the need to research why the tropical countries in Africa where HCQ and IVM are widely used have such minor death tolls from COVID.

Comments:

Stunning graph shows African countries where IVM and HCQ are widely used versus countries where it is not used. Night and day high casualties versus low.

Ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine are freely available in the US and around the world. They are both cheap and safe. Ivermectin has been subjected to 86 clinical trials and hydroxychlorquine to 289. Unfortunately, neither of them work well enough to be valuable.

I have said it a few times. When it come to Ivermectin and HCQ, the reason it's use is being denied to Americans is this: Follow the money. There is no way for Big Pharma to make billions on a drug that works and is cheap. And I also say this, If we started using Ivermectin and HCQ, Big Pharma would jack up the price .

I speak from personal experience. Early intervention with Ivermectin and HCQ got me through my bout with Covid 19 without complication. Although, as Poster #1 states, Ivermectin and HCQ are freely available, you must have a doctor who is willing to write a prescription. Not quite so easy. I'm happy for those people (poster #1) who are satisfied with the results of their covid vaccines and boosters. Good for you. Get in line every 3 months and live in constant fear. I'm going with natural immunity and cheap drugs. It's a choice.

As it was explained to me - If there is a known remedy/treatment/drug that prevents/cures a virus/disease, then the "emergency/experimental" procedures cannot be implemented. They have to use the full testing requirements to bring a "new" treatment/drug on line. Therefore if Ivermectin (or any of the other options) actually work, then the "jab" cannot/should not" have been authorized until the full test scenario was completed. The graph indicates that there is actually a possible solution/cure/prevention available and may have even prevented Covid as being declared a pandemic. As 2 stated - follow the money,(plus political control).

I always thought medical doctors followed an oath to do no harm. By bending to official pressure and refusing to prescribe these treatments they have done great harm. It is the left that has politicized medicine and in a very bad way.

Read up on the history of the CDC/Fauci denying the use of a standard cure for a pneumonia in AIDs patients. A medication that was off patent. Some estimate 30k AIDs patients needlessly died.

I theorized in March 2020 that Covid should eradicate Africa from the face of the earth. It would do what AIDS did not. Seemed a safe bet. It didn't happen. The interesting question now is...WHY DIDN'T IT? The known answer to that is easy access to anti-malarial, anti-parasite drugs. Both are OTC in Africa.

#1 I’m sorry but there is a cognitive disconnect between your data sources and the truth. In Oregon it has been mandated that ivermectin cannot be prescribed for Covid effectively stopping dispensing from a pharmacy. People have to go online, telemedicine, pay high price and walk it into the hospital and demand dosing. My own NP said their practice would be shut down by state licensing for appropriately prescribing this medicine. I will not list how many in my portion of the state have recovered from corrrect dosing by licensed MD telemedicine while my govenor will leave you to die to prove vaccine effectiveness. Look at most of Texas and the dreaded rebel Florida. Check out Uttar Pradesh, and this cited article, and then ask honestly who the h e double hockey sticks is Ben Carson. You are an intelligent human open your eyes.

Part of the problem with getting the medical establishment to accept ivermectin as a therapy is a major misunderstanding on how it actually impacts viral replication. The in vitro analysis done shows that, accept for pig liver cells, ivermectin does not "kill" COVID virus in human lung tissue. To a lot of scientists and doctors this was all they needed to see. End of story. What medical practicioners are seeing is that ivermectin in conjunction with other know anti-viral suppliments like Zinc and Vitamin D3 significantly reduces severe illness and hospitalization of their infected patients. The reason may be that, as Dr. Vlad Zelinksi has maintained, ivermectin and HCQ are simply ionophores that protect the Zinc positive ions from blocking by cell membranes allowing a greater concentration to enter the cell and disrupt the viral replication process. This is such a basic misunderstanding that I'm amazed real scientists can't agree on the science and move on. Other ionophores such as Quercetin are widely available OTC in combination with Zinc. Walmart sells such a capsule from Sunhaus for about $20.00/60 caps. It would seem prudent to take advantage of this prophylactic suppliment until the scientists and doctors get past their political biases and confusion. From the article: hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin can have a significant effect on reducing COVID mortality — especially when used in conjunction with other substances like azithromycin, zinc, and Vitamin D.

Somebody like Dr. Carson needs to talk about how between 100-200 members of congress used invermectin/HCQ when they themselves got covid. Yet they don't want to make this available to the public at large. We can see proof that for Congress, money comes first before protecting the American people. Also a dirty little secret going on right now, is Biden's custom agents are confiscating all packages of invermectin and HCQ that people are ordering from overseas.

The IVM studies reviewed by the NIH (February 2021) were varied and thus in the opinion of the NIH the data was too incomplete to "recommend" IVM. They noted the studies were too small, too much variation in dose, IVM mixed with other medications etc.etc. They did note the lower mortality rates. They refused to look at the big picture & the big signals. Now IVM has been shown to block at least 3 areas of 'binding' of the virus - it seems to be a protease inhibitor which keeps the virus from using available proteins to replicate itself. If you want to know more see a study at Frontiers in Microbiology which was read by Dr. John Campbell on You Tube. He summarizes about 4 or 5 other studies. Campbell is very laid back & really is not an aggressive advocate but has been attacked-of course. A guy at GTK Bioinformation & a Dr Dan Yu from Canada claim to have 'debunked' the papers that Dr. Campbell reads. Check it out for yourself - that is what Dr. Campbell advises.

It’s not about the variant -- it’s about the fear. Like a magician who gains his reputation for sleight-of-hand -- getting the audience to concentrate on one aspect of a trick while manipulating another -- so government authorities around the world are using the unknown aspects of a new COVID-19 variant to keep the public in fear about their future well-being. In a social media feed yesterday, I came across a 1979 60 Minutes segment on the propaganda surrounding the 1976 swine flu scare. Many of us had already heard about how the event was reminiscent of today's COVID-19 con, but actually watching the segment drives home how striking the parallels between the two disease scares are. Exaggerations of the bugs' severity, media propaganda and fear-mongering, an effort to vaccinate the whole nation, serious vaccine-coincident side-effects, and an apparent government cover-up of the latter were all elements of the '76 fiasco just as they epitomize what's occurring today.

The CDC narrative on COVID is simply put: (1) the mask is your best defense, (2) COVID is a pandemic of the unvaccinated, and (3) vaccines are our only exit strategy. However, whenever their narrative falls apart, the emphasis shifts, cover-up lies become bolder, and dissenting science is censored.
