Fired CNN host Chris Cuomo is set to sue the network if it balks at paying him at least $18 million to cover what’s left on his contract, sources told The Post on Monday. Cuomo, 51, has hired lawyers and is preparing to file the lawsuit over the remainder of the four-year contract he signed last year — after a bitter back-and-forth about what the network knew of his secret efforts to aid his embattled brother, then-Gov. Well, now we have a dilemma. Who do we want to win this case? Fredo? Or his anti-American, leftwing former employer? For me, I'll have to root for CNN. I just can't stand Fredo.

It's always fun to watch the left eating each other. With new management (Malone?) CNN might return to semi-biased reporting from the democratic mouthpiece it currently is. I'll go with CNN for a win. Why didn't Fredo take the ethical path and recuse himself from any coverage or assistance to his brother Handsy Soprano?

Gee? Is there a way that BOTH SIDES could lose? Reminds me of a story a lawyer friend told me. Every time, he'd have a case in front of this old, wise judge, the judge would have a conference with the defendant and the plantiff and their lawyers. Of course, the lawyers knew the story was coming, but, the judge would refer to a ceramic cow on his desk. Now you, Mr. Defendant, you've got this cow by the neck, pulling it as hard as you can. And you, Mr. Plantiff, you're holding the cow by the tail, pulling it as hard as you can. Just remember, while the two of you are pulling on the cow, your lawyers are there milking it dry. This is one case where I sure would like to see a very dry cow.

As per Paul Simon (not on of my favorite people but the Graceland album nailed it) and this works too ... Mama Cuomo got outta bed and she ran to the POLICE Station ... And his Papa said OY If they get that boy they're gonna put him in the House of Detention. It was against the law, It was against the law. What your Mama saw .. it was against the law. Bet when the kids come home for dinner Mama gets Grub Hub from Olive Garden or Chef Boy RD.

The straw that broke the Camel's Back, was another woman coming forward claiming she had been sexually abused by Fredo. There are always morals clauses in contracts of this type, so I don't see this lawsuit going anywhere. Fredo is just claiming victimhood to muddy the waters to improve his chances of securing employment. MSNBC is not picky, so he may find a job there.

The decision on who to honor as this week’s top knucklehead was a relatively easy one, for a change, with the only real competition being provided by our two honorable mentions. Fredo Cuomo’s suspension from CNN is so improbable, the choice was an easy one. But before we examine the justification for Fredo’s selection, let’s pause for a moment to consider how far the House of Cuomo has fallen in such a short period of time. A year ago today, now-disgraced former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo, Fredo’s brother, was still trying to figure out where to display the Emmy Award he’d been given

In a shortened holiday week like this one, we might expect there would be fewer candidates for KOTW. Virtually all Americans spent Thursday with their families where presumably the only opportunities to display someone’s knuckleheadedness was to their loved ones in a private setting. Similarly, Friday is traditionally spent either relaxing, or perhaps kicking off the holiday shopping season. Therefore, we could assume that with two less days for public idiocy we would see less of it: but that assumption would be incorrect.
