We received a video this morning that looks really similar to the video from the LA Restaurant where an elderly couple was robbed.
In the video from LA, the couple has been robbed at gunpoint by two armed robbers while dining at a restaurant in Los Angeles.
In the video, you can see the two thugs robbing the couple as they willingly hand over their ‘stuff’ to them to avoid any harm from the thieves.
They always say "Warning, graphic video". It didn't bother me any!

My, Lord. What have we come to when you cannot go out to eat without being robbed and threatened with death. These dems need to be hung by their private parts on the town square while the citizens let them have it. For goodness sake, no bail, no police, what could go wrong? We need a major revolt from the citizens. If you can legally carry I suggest you do. And will someone finally say the part "out loud" that no one wants to utter. These criminals are overwhelmingly black. Truth hurts.

How soon before 'defending yourself' is considered 'racist'?

The ice cream eating patron had good instincts about those thugs approaching. It's a shame he didn't bag them both. It's come down to a race of people are preying on other races at will. It's a dangerous game with all the freedoms the thugs have with no fear of justice. With the happy lives I see the 'darkies' living in TV commercials it makes you wonder why they have to rob and kill. I'm at a loss that such a wonderful group of people act like that. FBLM

It really did seem like he either saw or sensed them coming. He was way ahead of the problem - excellent situational awareness.
The writer opined that he 'chased after them'. All I saw was a prudent assessment that the threat no longer existed. And if he was a police officer, potentially an obligation to ensure the safety of those around him.

Notice the the media is obviously obscuring the identities of as many urban robbers and so-called “smash and grab” thieves as possible. So when those robbers and organized thieves are arrested their mug shots never appear in reports on the internet. The fact that there are no so-called “White Supremacists” in sight might be the reason.
Of course the media today are mostly all propagandists for the leftist and socialist Democrats who are blaming all the lawlessness on gun violence, the pandemic, and of course Trump, may well be the reason for the elimination of photographs and so called “perp walks” for certain robbers and thieves these days!

Uruguay. This was covered on ASP back in February. According to the news links in the ASP video, the Dad is an off-duty cop, and he flagged down a passing ambulance to take the gunman to the hospital. The ASP video talks about situational awareness and all the reasons how/why Dad was on his game. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BqKrVtqOuRE

Situational awareness, and seat selection are real world skills to be used each and every time you are in public.
Always find a seat facing the entrance and , if possible, the cash register. If you can put your back to a wall, that is even better. Little, tiny, "unimportant" things....that may be literally life saving in an emergency.
And noting an alternate (often rear) exit is also useful. Perhaps the right answer is to just slip out the back rather than going to guns.

When is Al Sharpton and Jesse, if he's well enough, plus the rest of the Black community going to stand up and speak out about their men, young men at that, committing murders and mayhem!?! They come together when Whitey kills one of their own, but disappear for these stories. And let's not get on the subject of the amount of Black abortions...

Now if we can just get the grammar police to pull out a pen to serve some justice for this headline .

Missing at that range is inexcusable for a trained law enforcement individual. Luckily the place was pretty much empty.

He has it all, +skill & attitude. Don’t mess around with a dude wearing a ‘BDU’ jacket. This guy was at least 10 steps ahead of these fools. Great awareness! One question, why do I feel like this man just sat back down and finished his ice cream after?
