Smollett's Lawyers Accuse Judge of "Lunging"

Jussie Smollett’s trial is lit AF, although none of us can see it since it’s not being broadcast on television or YouTube for some unknown reason. Hoaxer Smollett’s attorneys seem to be the perfect match for him and are now accusing the judge of “lunging” and “snarling” at them, even calling for a mistrial over how they allege the judge is acting. If that sounds far-fetched, you’re not the only one who thinks so. The New York Post had a reporter in the courtroom. That reporter didn’t see the alleged lunging.

It is an old litigation tactic: when you are hopelessly losing the case, go after the judge and try to provoke a mistrial. Most judges are very aware of this tactic. The remainder of the trial will be more defense provocation and the judge trying to build his case that he has conducted the trial properly.

When Jussie entered the police station, still wearing his noose necktie, a cop looked at him and said, "You wanna take that thing off?" As for the lawyers defending the liar, well, it's a good thing they're dealing with the legal system and not with something more permanent, and more holy. Jussie should enjoy prison. He was made for it.

Jussie engaged the legal services of two black women and two black men to represent him. They now see fit gleefully to insult, and even smear, the (white) judge, who was furious. After Jussie is convicted, as seems exceedingly likely, how do these four legal eagles think the judge is going to sentence their client? Jussie might have selected at least one white lawyer, but no, it had to be a fully African-American sh*tshow. And a real sh*tshow it has been. I´m sure they believe they´ll all get a pass on their execrable behavior, but smearing a (white, male) judge was never a smart tactic. Apparently they believe they have grounds for a retrial because one of the race-baiting lawyers claims she saw several "snarls" from the judge while he was sustaining prosecution objections. Snarls!!! Fetch me my salts!! That´s some pretty thin gruel for a retrial, based solely on claims from a race-baiting black female attorney. Jussie Smollett deserves to do time, and to be compelled to reimburse the Chicago Police Department for the 3,000-plus man-hours spent investigating this hoax. That alone runs well into seven figures! Moreover, Jussie has the money - he´s allegedly worth $2 to 3 million.

While hardly alone in her knee-jerk attachment to the faux constitutionality of Roe, neither she nor the other liberals on the Court can address

The news of the emerging Omicron variant was greeted with a giant shrug by most of America, and it’s no surprise why. The total failure of our establishment to earn our trust over the last two years of this pandemic made it inevitable that a huge number of people, at best, don’t care, and at worst think it’s a calculated lie designed to prolong this nonsense. The COVIDians are positively turgid over the idea of more mandates, more lockdowns, more masks, and more viro-fascism. So when the CEO of Moderna states that the vaccine might not be as effective against this new mutation as to earlier ones,

We’ve all heard the slogan “Guns don’t kill people, people kill people,” and human nature seems to bear out that bit of wisdom. The beginning of the book of Genesis recounts the story of Cain and Abel, two brothers who had a fatal falling out long before guns were invented. The only human remains found in the La Brea Tar Pits of Los Angeles belonged to a young woman who seems to have been a homicide victim 9000 years ago, again, long before guns were invented. Even after the invention of guns, people continue to kill each other with everything from common household implements to exotic poisons to complicated bombs.

Antifa and BLM typically throw their tantrums in liberal hellholes, or where guns aren’t easily allowed, like Portland, Seattle, Chicago, and New York City. Kenosha, Wisc., was a different story. When Antifa and BLM went to Kenosha to riot against the police shooting of an armed black sexual predator named Jacob Blake, they were probably thinking they could play by their usual rules: burn and loot with near impunity, and attack whomever they want. Kyle Rittenhouse changed those rules.
