Jussie Smollett’s trial is lit AF, although none of us can see it since it’s not being broadcast on television or YouTube for some unknown reason. Hoaxer Smollett’s attorneys seem to be the perfect match for him and are now accusing the judge of “lunging” and “snarling” at them, even calling for a mistrial over how they allege the judge is acting. If that sounds far-fetched, you’re not the only one who thinks so. The New York Post had a reporter in the courtroom. That reporter didn’t see the alleged lunging.

Sounds like Smollett's lawyers are just as big of liars as he is.

The judge threw bleach on Juicy and put a noose around his neck and wore MAGA tee shirt under his robe. Poor Juicy....

Snowflake lawyers m. They mistake a "No" answer as an attack on them as they are not used to being told no.

It is an old litigation tactic: when you are hopelessly losing the case, go after the judge and try to provoke a mistrial. Most judges are very aware of this tactic. The remainder of the trial will be more defense provocation and the judge trying to build his case that he has conducted the trial properly.

When Jussie entered the police station, still wearing his noose necktie, a cop looked at him and said, "You wanna take that thing off?" As for the lawyers defending the liar, well, it's a good thing they're dealing with the legal system and not with something more permanent, and more holy. Jussie should enjoy prison. He was made for it.

Traditionally, after passing the bar, one would think that you need a thick skin to be a lawyer. Now it seems the qualifications are to be a cry-bully, snowflake, feminist, affirmative action hire.

Watching he and his entourage arriving in the news video, you can tell they would never drown in a rainstorm. Their noses are far too high in the air. You can just feel the disdain they hold for everyone but themselves. I hope the judge, jury and the court experience takes them down a notch or two.

Sounds like this fake event stagers attorney knows her client has no chance and staged a fake event of her own to plant a seed of judicial bias for a mistrial motion down the road.

This is desperation on the part of the lawyers, and the female tears are a cry for sympathy. Poor Jussie! He should be glad I’m not on his jury.

A mistrial is Smollett's only chance to get out of his scam unscathed. His guilt has been obvious since about two days after he walked into the police station with the string around his neck. Denial from the Just Us community came a bit too energetically.

How long will this go on before we hear 'racist' in this case. There nothing more harmful than a lunging snarling judge. If the judge is white then label him a 'white supremist' that'll show him. Jussie just can't catch a break if nothing comes out of all this make the lying hoaxer pay for the investigation and reimburse what it cost the city. FJS

For once, I would be inclined to take the reporter's view of the day's events before I would take Jussie and his attorneys claims. Sounds like a Hail Mary play to me, because Jussie has been caught dead to rights on this case by the prosecution.

The lawyers see their entire case going down in flames, are desperate to do ANYTHING to 'change the subject' from the facts that their client is very, very obviously totally guilty of all that he has been accused of.
My bet is that their desperation move is not going to work.

Jussie engaged the legal services of two black women and two black men to represent him. They now see fit gleefully to insult, and even smear, the (white) judge, who was furious. After Jussie is convicted, as seems exceedingly likely, how do these four legal eagles think the judge is going to sentence their client? Jussie might have selected at least one white lawyer, but no, it had to be a fully African-American sh*tshow. And a real sh*tshow it has been.
I´m sure they believe they´ll all get a pass on their execrable behavior, but smearing a (white, male) judge was never a smart tactic. Apparently they believe they have grounds for a retrial because one of the race-baiting lawyers claims she saw several "snarls" from the judge while he was sustaining prosecution objections. Snarls!!! Fetch me my salts!! That´s some pretty thin gruel for a retrial, based solely on claims from a race-baiting black female attorney.
Jussie Smollett deserves to do time, and to be compelled to reimburse the Chicago Police Department for the 3,000-plus man-hours spent investigating this hoax. That alone runs well into seven figures! Moreover, Jussie has the money - he´s allegedly worth $2 to 3 million.
