Dr. Fauci Lashes out After Getting His
Feelings Hurt by Fox News

Original Article

I regret to inform you that Dr. Anthony Fauci is upset. The most destructive domestic force during the COVID-19 pandemic, in my opinion, wants Lara Logan of Fox News to be disciplined. Why? Because Logan had the audacity to offend Fauci’s sensibilities with a Nazi comparison. Apparently, the rules have changed and now comparing a government official who has an authoritarian bent, dismisses constitutional concerns, and loves power to a member of the Third Reich is off-limits or something. Here was her comment, which requires a bit of nuance if you want to understand what she’s saying.

Comments:

I think Lara Logan should apologize to the good doctor.. As soon as he apologizes for killing thousands of Americans and lying to us.

Dr. Fraud as a dangerous, evil, vicious little man. He is personally responsible for funding the 'gain of function research' which created and unleashed this hellstorm on the planet. PERSONALLY responsible. HE bypassed regulations prohibiting this "research" (because it is too dangerous to permit) and paid the Canadian company to pay the Wuhan lab 'bat lady' to create this Franken-virus. Dr. Fraud lies often, and is personally the one person who funded this horror show. And yet, huge swaths of the country still trust this evil little troll.

Fauci is quoted in the article as saying: ' When did ever influenza kill 770,000 Americans?'. According to the CDC, influenza killed 675,000 Americans in 1918. Given the huge increase in population in the last 100 years, the difference between 675,000 and 779,000 is not really significant. There are also the issues of underreporting in 1918 and grossly overreporting COVID deaths in 2020. https://www.cdc.gov/flu/pandemic-resources/1918-commemoration/1918-pandemic-history.htm

As you may have heard, shootings and murders are up around the country. That’s especially true in Philadelphia which had already recorded more murders this year than either New York City or Los Angeles. Progressive DA Larry Krasner’s response to that spike in violence has been denial. “We don’t have a crisis of lawlessness, we don’t have a crisis of crime, we don’t have a crisis of violence,” Krasner said earlier this month. Today, the Philadelphia Inquirer reports Krasner’s office is in chaos after 261 attorneys have decided they’d had enough of working there and quit. That’s out of an office of about 340 lawyers.
Joe Biden Releases His 'New' COVID Measures,

Joe Biden is set to speak today on his “new” COVID measures. But while we don’t have a scheduled time on that yet because the White House obviously has to make sure he’s physically capable before they trot him out there, we do have the details of what he’s going to say. This morning, the administration released a document that included a lot of the same. Nothing listed here strikes me as making a difference, nor does the data support the need to battle Omicron in this way. The entire thing reads like a weird mix of stolen credit and humble-bragging.

If you aren’t white, you may not be able to go way outside. At least, that appears to be the belief of a North Carolina State University professor. KangJae “Jerry” Lee — of the school’s College of Natural Resources — recognizes the racism keeping you from enjoying the great outdoors. Cultural differences, he asserts, can’t explain why there aren’t more black people fishing, hunting, and hiking. Also an insufficient excuse: income disparity. The instructor laments America’s adventure/nature gap, but he’s bulls-eyed the culprit: systemic racism. Wichita’s KAKE recently jawed it up with Jerry on the lack of outdoor equity.

Here at the sports desk located somewhere below decks of the Good Pirate Ship RedState, we are presently wallowing in nostalgia for a bygone era. You know, the one where if a game had been scheduled, nothing short of an act of God would prevent it from taking place? Now, all it takes is some positive COVID tests, and no matter how asymptomatic those involved may be, everything gets shut down. A couple of days ago, we detailed how the rapidly ascending number of athletes testing positive for COVID despite most being vaccinated is once again proving that the jab is jive in terms of effectiveness.

I keep thinking the medical community cannot lose anymore credibility with me, and then yet another doctor posts a melancholic plea to the “unvaccinated” community on their social media page about how overworked they are and how they have to spend the holidays in the hospital instead of with their own family. Sometimes, the hackneyed virtue signaling might include a note about how vaccines save lives, but usually it stops just after explaining how overworked the person is. I am confused: Are you concerned about saving lives or just making sure your life isn’t too inconvenienced?

It’s long past time for that consideration, although Henry Olsen likely doesn’t disagree. He cites “progressives’ irresistible force” clashing against Joe Manchin’s immovable fiscal realism as an end stage, but that has been the clash all along. Neither side in this game of chicken appears ready to swerve, and therefore the inevitable crash will come. As could have been predicted at about the time that progressives called Manchin “racist,” but I digress slightly: It’s theoretically easy to meet Manchin’s bottom line by stripping most of the items out of the bill and focusing on one or two large programs.

Time Magazine isn’t exactly known for being a news outlet with a lot of love for the good guy. It often awards its “Person of the Year” title to people who are in vogue on the left. In 2011, they named “the protester” the person of the year, and then Greta Thunberg in 2019. To be sure, they’ve put their fair share of Republicans on the cover for the award,

Then yesterday’s inflation numbers dropped like a thermonuclear weapon on the White House’s narrative. After a week of colluding with the media and waging a PR war to try to convince people the economy is actually great, inflation was revealed to be 6.8%, the highest in 39 years. Naturally, the polling has shown significant disapproval with the situation, whether we are talking about Joe Biden personally or the right-track/wrong-track numbers.

The events of the past five or six years have demonstrated to America that the FBI is no longer the unbiased law enforcement agency it once was. (snip) There are only two options: rehabilitate the FBI, or eliminate it. The current state is unacceptable in a functioning constitutional republic.(snip) The DoJ has not only failed to provide course correction to the FBI, it has arguably contributed to the problems. The rebuilding of the FBI should be overseen by a board chartered with the mission of rehabilitation, and staffed with people who care about integrity and understand what a well-functioning police organization should look like.

Santa Claus is too white, too straight and too male for most young people in the UK today, according to a poll. The modern depiction of Father Christmas as an old white man with a big bushy beard who wears a red and white suit was made globally famous by Coca Cola’s adverts of the 1930s. A survey by YouGov has now found that 60 per cent of 18–24-year-olds in the UK think it is ‘acceptable’ for Santa to be gay. But 41 per cent across all age groups said it was not OK, including 17 per cent of lesbian, gay and bisexual respondents.
