The US Markets took a huge hit on Black Friday as the world reacted to news of the new, highly transmissible ‘Omicron’ COVID variant coming out of Africa. The DOW tumbled 900 points and the S&P lost 2.7%, CNBC reported.(Snip) Joe Biden on Friday briefly spoke to reporters in Nantucket.A reporter asked Biden about the markets dropping and Biden said he wasn’t concerned at all.“What about the markets dropping, sir? The markets have dropped significantly today. What’s your response to that?” a reporter asked Biden.“Expected. They always do when Covid rises,” Biden said.

It's clear that Biden and Co. are trashing the economy, commodity and necessity prices, living standards, and our daily lives so the myriad elements of their Green New Deal will suddenly start to look sensible and cost-competitive. "Gee, solar cells on my SUV, even with a 50-mile range, really look reasonable when gas is $20 a gallon!"
Never mind that the energy yield of the current and near future technologies for such a conversion on a mass scale WILL NOT SUSTAIN a viable nation or economy, nor are they reliable enough to risk our national security and survival on such nonsense..
The backup technologies will be coal and gas for the foreseeable future, and it's been well documented that they will need PLENTY of backup.
And just what high-density, high-reliability power sources are we going to use to mine, process and manufacture all of these windmills and solar cells? Oh, I forgot - we're going to buy them from our "environmental steward" buddies in the Peoples' Republic.
So, we are being rapidly converted into a clunky, second-rate economic structure with an iffy, low-capacity power grid and broken-down social order, all to benefit the Build-Back-Bungled Left's off-shore puppet masters.
Let's Go, Brandon, along with the fabricated bioattack and fraudulent election you rode in on! I see orange jumpsuits heading for a lot of Democrat wardrobes, and a few feet of rope waiting for others.

Today’s selloff was long overdue and just the beginning. It’s not about Covid, it’s about inflation leading to a the Fed raising rates, leading to a recession leading to depression. Buckle up and hunker down.

Stocks on sale, buying opportunity. Look for a good company that is suddenly down, and which their business isn't really having any real problems.
I doubled my money in the last 18 months with five stocks. When the Wuhan flu panic hit the first time, I bought a bunch....all sold now, except one. Each went up at least 75%, one over 125%, basically doubled my money....well, maybe only 90% increase. Whatever. Good companies, temporarily beaten down in the market, all bounced rapidly back in a bit over a year, as I expected.

This country is in the middle of a nightmare. FJB is the president, a San Francisco courtesan is Vice President (soon to be elevated) and communist apparatchiks, people you never heard of, actually running the government. Openly, they are appointing communists openly to cabinet level positions. Democrats applaud and vote for them. RINOs? They believe in checks and balances. Special interests write the checks and RINOs add the money to their balance. They don't care a rat's a** about us. MAGA

Anything that would cripple the US economy, Joey's all for it. After all, isn't China working towards that?

Why would a dementia patient worry? He doesn’t have it all together up in his head.

Joe probably does not know about the stock crash. His handlers (Jill and Obama) tell him what they want him to know. He still believes that the shelves in the stores are fully stocked. I saw this with my brother who had dementia. He believed whatever his handlers told him.

Let's stipulate that Joe Biden is unfit for office. He is also a horrible human being.
That said, there is still comedy value in watching him attempt to act breezy. It's completely out of character for him because he has always had the shortest of fuses, the biggest of egos accompanied by shedloads of insecurity.
Obama used the insecure child's disclaimer of 'Hey I meant to do that' no matter how bad the outcome and the media and his voters swooned. He was so smooth and dreamy! No Drama Obama!
Biden watched from the sideline and thought he might try his hand at it. Poll numbers crater and Biden claims he doesn't care about polls - after caring very much about them for 50 years. Border mess? Biden's smug quote was 'We'll handle it' (he didn't handle it at all, of course).
Again, no sympathy at all for this odious combination of mental patient and cynical bureaucrat but his 'I'm in charge' routine is absolutely hilarious, though disastrous.

Biden doesn't carry about the market. His money was handled by Hunter so it is all from China and Russia and well protected from the market volatility and government prying eyes.
